I recently visited Base State Longevity in Aspen and had an incredible experience. I tried their infrared sauna and cold plunge, and left feeling like a new person. The team is friendly and the vibe is very relaxing. They've built a great environment to prioritize your health, whether you're an active local or just visiting for a short time. Highly recommend it for anyone focused on their overall wellness.

This place is amazing. The facilities have a great feel to it, I love the private Sauna/ cold plunge room to recover after a long ski day coupled with the normatec leg compression. The staff is super friendly and the NAD Iv helped me feel mentally clear. A win win.

Absolutely amazing staff! I was suffering from altitude sickness and my hotel had suggested this place for an IV drip and oxygen. I had been puking all day and had terrible headaches and they came right to my hotel and serviced me immediately. Kate was my nurse and I cannot say enough good things about her. She was so sweet and explained everything she was giving me while making sure I was comfortable with it. I think this service completely saved me on this trip!

We had the best experience at Base State! We rented a room for 90 minutes with an infrared sauna and cold plunge. The rooms were clean and very relaxing. The treatment was the perfect thing after a long ski weekend. 10/10 would recommend!

Had a client arrive and immediately struggling with altitude. We called base state first thing the next morning and were able to get multiple treatments booked immediately. Feeling much better and will be ready to ski in no time!

Best holistic spa experiance ever! Greeted by friendly and helpful staff. We did vitamin IVs with oxygen and a cool leg compression machine to lessen the "ski legs". Then, into a private room with my friend and we did infrared sauna and cool plunge. Everything was super clean and we had a blast. Highly recommended!!

The staff here here is absolutely wonderful (Liza and Alicia!), and the treatments you can do are excellent. We did the Normatec and oxygen, which felt amazing after hiking up to Highlands Peak earlier.

Courtney Cash at Base State Longevity was an absolute lifesaver during our trip. My wife and I were staying at The Little Nell, and after a snowboarding accident I dislocated my shoulder and also had a small chip fracture. Even after they reduced it, I was still in a lot of pain. Courtney came to our suite and immediately put me at ease. She was incredibly knowledgeable, calm, and professional. She administered an IV tailored for recovery and relief (pain support, amino acids, glutathione, magnesium, and additional vitamins/minerals) and also set me up with compression boots. The difference I felt afterward was night and day. What impressed me most was her maturity and confidence—she clearly knows exactly what she’s doing, explained everything, and even provided extra resources and guidance for what to do next. I’m planning to see her again for a hyperbaric chamber session and additional treatments while we’re still in town. Highly recommend Courtney and Base State Longevity if you want real expertise, top-tier care, and someone who genuinely shows up for you.
