Dr Sinha performed my septoplasty, turbinate reduction, and nasal valve repair. He and his staff were thorough and professional, and they accommodated me multiple times post procedure when I had concerns about healing. I can breathe through my nose for the first time in my life - really happy with the result and the experience as a whole.

I went 23 years not being able to breathe properly and went to Dr Sinha for a rhinoseptoplasty. He and his staff exceeded my expectations. Everyone was so professional and organized. I wish I’d done it way before now! If you’re considering it, you’ll be in great hands there!

I consulted Dr. Sinha for clearly documented functional issues: a deviated septum, nasal valve collapse, and turbinate hypertrophy. Dr. Sinha advised me that the functional surgery would require structural grafting, which I understood. In prior consultations with ENT-only physicians, I’d been informed that an ENT/plastic surgeon was necessary because bony structures would need to be addressed. Dr. Sinha stated he had a different approach. He explained how his technique was “uniquely performed entirely beneath the bone,” and that as a result I would still be left with a slightly crooked nose and a small dorsal bump. Correcting those features was described as cosmetic. And quoted at an additional $17,000. These explanations are internally inconsistent. Structural grafting is intended to restore support and alignment. If grafts are placed while visible deviation is left uncorrected (unless an additional cosmetic procedure is added) reflects a limitation of surgical scope, not an anatomical inevitability. Functional nasal problems and external alignment are often structurally related. Presenting a circumscribed approach as medically necessary, while offering correction only as a costly cosmetic add-on, lacks …. candor. I left three stars because the office staff was consistently kind, professional, and helpful.

I cannot recommend Dr. Sinha and his team at the Atlanta Institute for ENT enough. As a self-pay patient who values 'Quality' and structural integrity above all else, finding Dr. Sinha was a total game-breaker. I arrived with a complex 90% bony blockage and a collapsing nasal valve. After receiving an initial quote of $26,000 at another facility that prioritized additional cosmetic components, I found Dr. Sinha. He is a 'Master Mechanic' of the face who is 100% 'all there' - he even recommended a philosophical text on the Metaphysics of Quality that perfectly mirrored the high-integrity approach I was looking for. The technical execution was flawless. Dr. Sinha didn't just perform a procedure; he engineered a complete hardware migration from an S-curve to a straight I-curve. Based on the fluid dynamics we discussed - where flow increases to the fourth power of the radius - I am now experiencing an exponential increase in airflow. The 16x increase in oxygen is life-altering for a high-performance lifestyle. The staff - especially Ashley, Monica, and Jackie - were elite. They were transparent with pricing, handled the logistics with zero friction, and treated me like a partner in the process. If you want a double-board certified surgeon who understands that true aesthetics are built on a foundation of underlying form and craftsmanship, this is the 0.01% standard. You won't find a better ROI for your health.

One of the BEST cosmetic surgeons in ALL of ATLANTA! Google him…. You will see! I am an African American female and when I tell you he knows what he is doing with ANY ethnicity…I mean it! If you are looking for a brand new unidentifiable nose he’s not for you however if you need corrections, nip tuck, without people knowing you got surgery… Book him now!! Lastly…. The staff!!! Everyone there… simply the best!!!!!

Dr. Sinha is by far the best surgeon in Atlanta for septoplasty surgery. For years I suffered with sinus congestion and pressure headaches, having to sleep sitting straight up because if I didn’t I felt like I was being suffocated. Dr. Sinha saw me and told me what was going on and he had a plan to fix the issues I was having. I am 11 weeks post surgery and I breathe normally and haven’t had any more problems since. His staff is also awesome at both locations. They treat you like your family. I am so thankful to Dr. Sinha and his entire team for this amazing experience!!! I will continue to refer him to others.
