Ricky Martin jr. review for AyaTea ATL/ Lit Bodies ATL

Highly Unprofessional – Constant No-Shows and Zero Accountability I am writing this to warn others about the appalling lack of professionalism at Lit Bodies ATL. I purchased a service through Groupon, and it has been an absolute nightmare. I scheduled an appointment, but the staff completely missed it. When I followed up, I was told to wait two additional hours for a later slot. I accommodated this request, only for them to fail to show up for that appointment as well. This business is significantly overpriced for the level of "service" (or lack thereof) provided. It feels less like a professional wellness center and more like a predatory operation. To make matters worse, Groupon has been unhelpful in resolving the dispute, making the entire experience feel like a coordinated scam. Save your time, money, and sanity. There are plenty of reputable businesses in Atlanta that actually value their customers' time—this is not one of them. Avoid at all costs. A quick tip for your refund: Since Groupon is being difficult, you might have better luck filing a chargeback with your credit card company or bank. You can provide them with the time-stamped communication showing that the merchant failed to provide the service you paid for.
