Harold Smith review for Balanced Aesthetics + Wellness

My experience was awesome starting with the receptionist Gina what a wonderful lady. She was very professional and kind when we spoke . I called several times because of information needed and she was always helpful and was never bothered no matter how times I called. Caroline was very knowledgeable, professional and I felt well taken cared of. Her recommendations were helpful but because of state regulations I could not use Balanced Wellness services. She treated me as if I was a client receiving her services. I feel very good about getting the services I want from her recommendations and getting the best of care.
