I had such a great experience at Balanced Aesthetics in Brookhaven! From the moment I called to book, Gina was so friendly, patient, and helpful — she made scheduling super easy. The space itself is clean, beautiful, and instantly puts you at ease. From someone who hadn’t been treated in over a year, I’m so glad I went to Caroline! She was amazing and really took the time to listen to what I wanted and made the Botox process painless. The results are perfect — natural, refreshed, and exactly what I hoped for. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend them & Caroline specifically! I’m a loyal customer now moving forward! 10/10
