Formah Brazilian Beauty Center - Buckhead Reviews

They sell packages but don’t honor them, misinform clients when signing up. Wouldn’t recommend. They allowed me to exchange services but they did not honor my last session because “the person who gave it to me no longer worked with the company”. Iv spent thousands of dollars over the years. I wouldn’t mind the additional $350 If they had better customer service and honored agreement. I happily paid and kept it moving.

Excellent service! Every time I go, I achieve amazing results – I’ve lost weight and inches, and I’m loving my body transformation journey!

I started out with a consultation session to ensure I fully understood the treatment offerings and how they would support my overall fitness goals. The team at Formah were very professional and courteous. I felt comfortable and supported throughout the consultative process. We were able to develop a solid plan together to jumpstart my goals. I was very happy with my experience and look forward to the journey at Formah!

After my first visit to Formah, I brought up some concerns about their communication with clients from different backgrounds. However, they handled these concerns professionally and efficiently, which has made me a regular visitor. I believe they offer excellent lymphatic massages combined with fat reduction treatments. Even after just two visits, I've noticed a difference in my abs. I highly recommend their services. The owner took positive steps to address the communication issue through staff training, resulting in a more welcoming and accommodating atmosphere.

I’ve been going to Formah for the past 3 months and my experience is great. At this point I believe I have met everyone there and their level of professionalism is just beyond! From Talia at the front desk to Nina the owner they will make sure you get the best experience and the best part, the treatments have been an awesome addition to my diet and exercise routine!

The best spa! Everyone is so friendly and knowledgeable about their products and services. I really appreciate the time they take to consult you on each service and explain each step within the process. The rooms and clean, comfortable and cozy. I love the lymphatic massage and the technique they use. Would highly recommend!

Formah has been a place of healing for me; the lymphatic drainage massages and other body treatments help your system detox in a way you just can't on your own. Everyone is so knowledgeable and kind and I always leave feeling better and lighter. Shout out to Amaiah and Monika - thank you!

Phenomenal experience!! I’m totally coming back. I did the lymph massage and Shab was so great! I’ll be back

Unfortunately, my experience with Formah in Buckhead was extremely disappointing. I spent $1,400 on stretch mark treatments that showed no results, and when I brought it up, I was told I needed to come back when I was “less tan.” When I followed up to schedule after that, they told me my credits had expired—something I was never made aware of at the time of purchase. I asked for a call back from the owner, but I was never contacted. This felt like a complete waste of money and a total lack of transparency. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Definitely one of the biggest scams I’ve ever encountered in the wellness space.

Been coming here since 2020 and absolutely the best lymphatic and body sculpting treatment ever! The staff is incredibly nice, knowledgeable and FAB! I appreciate their flexibility and I just LOVE their DrenoTurbo treatment - the most relaxing session while getting you SNATCHED. Highly highly recommend!!!
