Collaborating with Sabrina on my personal health and wellness journey has been an amazing journey and blessing since November 2023. I am a Afro-Caribbean woman in my mid-late 40s, without having any chronic health issues, and very proactive with maintaining overall good health, strength, and vitality as my body changes.
