Raynold is very sweet and knowledgeable (he has been doing this for such a long time!). I went to him for a chemical peel and for the most part, the peel was great. I say for the most part because my skin is stubborn, BUT the great thing was that with this one problem area, I was soooo sad that it didnt improve and I called Ray to ask if anything could be done and he was kind enough to squeeze me in between appointments to do a quick acid touch up on me. And I was a groupon customer! And he still had me in again to help me. He wants everyone to look flawless, and I will say apart from my problem area, gosh darn my skin looks so cute. And for that one problem area, just out of kindness I suppose, he stopped me when I was leaving and gave me this cream for hyperpigmentation. Like that was so sweet, given how much my hyperpigmentation has ruined my confidence. And I didn't even ask for it. Very grateful 🙏🏼 I recommend his services for sure. He even said he would give my friend a discount if he came in, since I asked him questions for my friend haha. Also! For the TCA peels, he tells you to keep it dry. Its the opposite instructions than online, but listen to his. The dryness was what was needed for his type of peel :)
