I met Terra today for the first time and she was such a joy! When dealing with my skin, I was searching who would take my own needs into account and not just push services on me- Terra was exactly the right person. I originally had booked one service a few weeks ago but due to several factors (mainly the unseasonably hot weather), Terra and I decided on a different treatment after talking. She was knowledgeable and kind and focused on what would help me best. There was no upselling or pitches for her services- just information and facts about what she offers and what would work best for my skin. I am excited to start on this skincare journey with Terra because after this one appointment my skin already looks amazing!

I am someone who has never had a good skincare routine or a real facial. I was nervous about booking one, but after reading reviews on Terra, I was excited ! She had me send pictures ahead of time and then we had a phone consultation to go over my goals and a potential game plan. My first appointment was AMAZING. Terra made me feel so comfortable, explained everything and she is also just a ton of fun to be around. Her knowledge on skincare is incredible and I wanted to soak up every tidbit she would tell me. She confidently came up with a treatment plan for my face and I left feeling so excited about it. I already see results just a week later and I’m addicted. Patiently awaiting my next appointment! I am posting because I realize Terra has been doing my face for 10 year (yikes!)!!! She is AMAZING. Incredibly personal service. She knows her stuff, she never tries to oversell something she doesn't think would really benefit you. I can't say enough good things about her. And as a bonus she is just a great person to chat with for the 45 minutes or however long the treatment takes. So relatable and fun.

I am thrilled that a friend introduced me to Terra. She is amazing!! Not only is she professional and informative, her personality puts you at ease. She takes her time, explains everything and is personable. More importantly though is the thoughtfulness put into her clients’ needs. I’ve struggled with acne, acne scarring and textured skin for a while now so I decided to come to 512 Skin after seeing the progress she had with other clients. Even though it can seem like a slow process, I am amazed when I see my own before and after pictures. Terra made sure to address the acne I was experiencing before moving forward with any treatments for the scarring and texture, which was not something I had experienced at other med spas. My friends and family have noticed my significantly improved skin (even under makeup) and I am very happy with the progress we’ve made so far. She is kind, easy to reach, has a flexible schedule, and clearly very skilled at what she does. I would recommend her in a heartbeat.
