I love Dr Erella and his team! They have so much knowledgeable in plastic surgery for someone like myself that has had an excessive amounts of extra loose skin because of massive weight loss. I was 500lbs and lost a total of 300lbs. I achieved my goal weight in my weight loss journey. I wanted a Doctor that could help bring out the person I saw in my mind and I found just that with Dr Erella and his practice. I love that he was very thorough in what to expect in my skin removal surgery and what can be achieved and what outcomes can take place with their care. Dr. Erella and his staff are super!! Tammy and Bailey are warm and really easy to work with to make sure appointments are smooth. Dr. Erella is straight forward and takes excellent care of his patients. He is detailed and thorough and goes out of his way to make sure patients are getting what they need. I had an original augmentation done with Dr. Erella back in 2023. He did an AMAZING job taking me from a B to a DD but still looking extremely natural, also fixing my tubular breast issue. I am now a month out after my second surgery with him. I breastfed 3 children in those 12 years and the results blew me away. He performed a lollipop lift, areolar reduction and changed out my implants to the top of the line! I couldn't be happier with his extreme attention to detail with what you are looking for in results while still keeping them very natural. He reversed the age of my breasts to before the first surgery!!! They are absolutely perfect and I plan to return for an abdominoplasty and lipo in the future. I trust in his extreme talent and skill full heartedly and recommend him to absolutely everyone looking for a doctor that is going to give you the best results for YOU! Dr. Erella and his staff are welcoming and professional. They made me feel comfortable from day one. After surgery, I was surprised by how good I felt within one to two days. My pain level stayed around a 2. Recovery was smooth. I highly recommend Dr. Erella. His work is beautiful.

I’ve had what I later learned was gynecomastia since I was a teenager, and after years of considering surgery, I finally decided to move forward. After extensive research, I chose Dr. Erella at Aspira Plastic Surgery because of his credentials and the fact that he performs the procedure under local anesthesia. I’ve been fully under anesthesia before and wanted to avoid that, so this option was a huge deciding factor for me. My first consultation was actually a year before my surgery. When I returned, Dr. Erella remembered me and kindly waived the second consultation fee, which really stood out. From booking my surgery to post-op follow-ups, the communication from both Dr. Erella and the front desk staff, Tammy, was outstanding. They were patient, responsive, and made the entire process feel smooth and comfortable. Surgery day was much easier than I expected. After pre-op meds, I felt relaxed. There was one brief pinch from an injection, but after that I felt nothing — I even fell asleep during the procedure. Recovery was very manageable, with minimal discomfort (around 4/10 at most), and by the next morning I felt clear-headed and normal. I’m now about one month post-op and healing great. The results already look amazing, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision. If I ever needed another procedure, I would absolutely choose Aspira again. 10/10 experience.

I had tummy tuck with muscle repairs by Dr. Erella almost three months ago. I am very pleased with the whole process. The surgery went well and recovering process is smooth, I didn’t experience much pain. Dr. Erella is very knowledgeable and experienced and explained everything in details. Choosing to have a 360 body lift was a big decision for me. I did a lot of research before moving forward, and from my first consultation I felt completely at ease.
