Such a great experience! I had the Moxi laser treatment with Lauren and was extremely impressed. She explained everything thoroughly beforehand, which made me feel very comfortable going into it. The treatment itself was not painful, and she checked in with me the entire time. Her bedside manner is so kind, friendly, and professional.
