Anysa Hernandez review for Banyan & Bamboo Day Spa / Med Spa

I came here a few months ago and got the Korean body scrub treatment. Not sure if it was a new service at the time - but I'm sure the process has improved since then. When I got the treatment, I felt my service provider left me in the room for so long that the warm towel portion turned cold and I was freezing for the rest of the treatment 😢 but honestly did see results exfoliation wise it just wasn't a pleasant process at all. My biggest issue was when leaving the front desk girl told me "when you booked this yesterday we had different pricing and we just raised our prices. Is it ok if I charge you the new pricing?" which obviously, as a consumer, I was kind of annoyed since that is not what I agreed to at booking. She ended up up charging me but giving me a "discount" on the new price. I think there are better more well regulated spas like Milk & Honey and Viva Day Spa that are more consistent and worth the $$, compared to this one.
