I’m not one to leave reviews but IBC is incredible. Such a clean and comfortable environment. The electrologists I’ve seen are kind and empathetic. I really feel seen. Great technique, too. I’m loving and am astounded by my results! They’re seriously life-changing :’) Also special shout out to Alicia who is such a pleasure to talk to through treatment.

Alicia and Ren have been great to work with. Scheduling to fit when I can make it for the lengths of time that I can handle. Also, both are great to talk with during my sessions!

I cannot sing Cris’s praises enough! I’ve been going to her for electrolysis treatments for a couple of years now, and I am thrilled with the outcome! IBC is a great place for your beauty needs. I had an electrolysis consultation with Amanda. She was so amazing and knowledgeable. Took the time to explain the process, etc, and also noted my interest in light therapy. Great environment, friendly staff.

I scheduled electrolysis with Genesis 8 months ago and see her every 6 weeks. She has been fantastic. Always pleasant and very flexible when my travel required me to reschedule. I am VERY happy with my results and have recommended IBC and Genesis to all my friends and family.
