I had a fantastic experience at Figura! I did CoolSculpting and GLP-1 injections, and both experiences were seamless. The staff is professional, kind, and really knows their stuff. I worked with both Thalia and Johnny, who both took additional time to explain every part of the procedures and side effects and genuinely care about how the patient is feeling. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for real results with expert care!

I’ve been doing the weight loss GLP-1 program with Figura for over 6 months now. They have been amazing in getting my medical and weight history and recommending a program that has worked so well for me. Since starting the program in May I have lost over 25 pounds. Nothing else has ever worked this well for me. The continued support and encouragement from the whole team has been more than I could have ever hoped for. They are so responsive and Thalia is just delightful. I highly recommend this business!

Went in for my free consultation with Madison, who was very personable and comfortable to talk to. She answered all my questions/concerns regarding Coolscuplting on my inner thighs. The facility is exceptionally clean and has a welcoming feel. Looking forward to my treatment!

Spent over a year here. Things were good until one of their nurses left then they stopped taking my weight or doing anything to help besides getting me the medicine and taking my money. They went up $1000 a year for the Trizepatide! Johnny, the former nurse, always had a way of easing my concerns which is why I stayed for so long because I don’t even take Tylenol. Currently, I asked the management why they went up so much. She said their cost went up. That’s weird because as long as I was giving them three grand upfront, they had no problem keeping it at the same price. Make that make sense? It kept bugging me after I gave them the money so I asked the manager to help me understand why that didn’t make sense to me. They sent me an email and discontinued me as a client and said there’s just some people that don’t fit with some companies. She didn’t wanna have that conversation with me. They should’ve chose to be more honest I would’ve respected that more. I’m a member at IVitamin. I’ve been with them for a few years, Not only are they doing it for the same price of $400, but because I’m a member, I get $40 off a month on top of that! Thank you, Figure Medspa if you hadn’t treated me so badly as a client, I would’ve never saved so much money. I’m not even mad. I just feel sorry for your future clients. Last note: they started using a blend of B12 and Trizepetide. This is a water down version. I had concerns because my inflammation was not as good as the original medicine, they were giving me at first. I was asking questions and I felt, they did not respond to me honestly. I believe they were finding the cheapest route they could but raising their prices on a cheaper versions, not good business. Going over to IVitamin they put me back on the full effect shot, and I saw instant differences between the two. Good luck working on your business practices 💸 Good luck to your clients!

I’ve had an amazing experience at Figura Medspa! Johnny has truly been the best—he’s incredibly knowledgeable and always quick to respond to any questions I have. I started tirzepatide on March 1st, and as of now, I’m down 24 pounds! The entire process has been so smooth and easy to follow. I’m really happy with my results and grateful for the support from the team. Highly recommend!

Thalia is literally a Sculptureist! She has an amazing eye for Coolsculpting. Menopause had turned my figure into a Box! Thalia has helped me get my hourglass figure back. Very happy with my results. She's very thorough ~

I HIGHLY recommend this spa. Thalia is incredible. I get a Diamond Glow treatment with her every 4-8 weeks that has improved my skin tremendously. She takes her time to understand and assess your skin to your personal needs. It’s a relaxing getaway treatment and it always leaves me glowing! They are extremely flexible with scheduling and are consistent with every treatment!
