I had purchase a package deal for multiple Morpheus 8 treatments. The first Morpheus 8 procedure was quick and painless. I didn't notice any results. The second treatment was done by the owner. She left the numbing gel on for two hours before beginning the procedure. Gel was in my eyes burning. The entire treatment she commented on my pain tolerance. Stating that she loved to see a woman that can take pain like that. I ended up in the urgent care later that night with corneal abrasions from her microneedling my eyelid. Their response when I called the next day to inform them was simply, "I'm sorry that happened to you." Life doesn't happen to us. It happens for us. I believe medspas are licensed?
