I was so excited about my appointment after reading some of the reviews and timing was perfect. I went for a brow shaping, wax, and tint. When I walked out I cried. I feel that my eyebrows did not get shaped or waxed. She just went around them, they are still thick and one has an arch and the other is straight across. She did not clean up very well or shape. I was expecting nice pretty even, shaped brows, but instead I’m crying and so disappointed.

As a Wedding Planner, I am always on the lookout for great service providers to suggest to my clients. To prepare for our team's new staff photoshoot for our website, I booked a lymphatic facial and eye rejuvenation. I saw the results the next day! My eyes looked less puffy from Seasonal Cedar Allergies in Austin and my face looked less puffy, especially around my jawline. I especially enjoyed the private small room and warm massage bed, which allowed me to truly relax and enjoy the experience. Jenn provided my services, she was so calm and caring; She even stayed late on Valentine's Day to accommodate my appointment request. As I quickly approach my 30s I decided I needed to finally learn about how to take care of my skin. When the products I was using weren't giving me the results I was looking for, I found Tessa, and I'm so glad I did! I had such a great experience that I now schedule a facial regularly. Tessa recommends high quality products based on my skin type and has already taught me so much in just the last 6 months. I had the best facial of my life with Hannah. The facial (plus neck and scalp) massage she gave was incredible and I've never had my face get so pampered. Hannah was so knowledgeable and reassuring about my skin needs, and tailored the facial to exactly what it was my skin needed. The ambiance was so soothing and calm, coupled with Hannah's treatment allowed me to completely relax. I can't wait to return!

Healthy, natural and radiant - that’s exactly how my skin felt after Tessa performed her magic with my face. I’ve heard the rumor that facials can feel nice, but this experience went way above and beyond my expectations. Life can be very stressful, so besides the obvious benefits to my skin, and all the knowledge I gained on how to take care of it - it felt so amazing to forget about all the burdens in this heavenly indulging realm of tranquillity filled with nice therapeutic smells, gentle music, coziness of the studio, pampered by Tessa’s amazing hands and her warm, engaging, nurturing and gracious presence. I’m not just recommending it, I think it’s a must for all of y’all reading - schedule and take your self-care to the next level.

This is literally a facial like no other. Kahli listens and delivers in a way that is so special, caring and effective! She also takes her time and never feels rushed in anyway. Nothing compares and I notice a difference for well over 6 weeks each time I’ve been. It’s SO worth every penny!
