I’m ashamed that I haven’t written a review for Jamie @ Imaje Skin Ritual yet! As a fellow Esthetician, I have experienced a lot of facials from other skincare professionals, but Jamie is HANDS DOWN (no pun intended) the BEST!! The care and professionalism Jamie places in her client services are unparalleled, and she is my go to SKIN GURU as well as my kickass Estie Bestie. Jamie truly is amazing and so passionate about skincare and providing the best service and products for her clients. I feel so pampered, my skin is refreshed and Jamie gives the MOST BOMBASS FACIAL MASSAGE!! Book your appointment with Jamie, your skin will love you for it!!

Jamie is an amazing esthetician!!! Those facials (and I am a person that would do regular facials) by far THE BEST facials I have EVER had (and as I mentioned above, I had a lot, all over the world). She is very welcoming and friendly, and extremely proficient in what she does. I always leave her cozy salon refreshed, glowing and happy. Oh, did I mention that face and shoulder massage she does is to die for?! Jamie is so innovative and keeps up with the time, she is always offering new trendy things to experience, which are also good for you and for your skin! She takes extra time to pick up a unique and individual skincare for each client and she always stays in contact if you have any questions. So hey, gals and guys (yes, she does offer men's facials too which I'm so so excited to get for my fiancé), you get yourself some spa time and book with Jamie... you would never regret it, I promise you!

Jamie is the BEST!! The suite is so inviting and serene, from the music to the decorations (and especially the weighted blanket), you feel immediately at ease when you walk in. Jamie is so attentive to your needs and will cater treatments to you specifically. My first visit was my very first professional facial, and she gave me the option to have her talk through all of the treatments or let me just sleep through all of it and wake up when she was finished. She is so knowledgable about care and products, and each time I see her, I will tell her "hey I'm out of XYZ, can you recommend something for me?" and she is so conscious of budget and value. I've only been 3 times so far, and just with those three visits and the routine that she has helped me establish, my skin has never looked or felt better! All of her services and product recommendations are so affordable and I feel like I'm living the life of luxury every time I walk through her door. Feeling stressed? Go see Jamie. Breaking out? Go see Jamie. Need a nap while someone rubs all your worries away through your cheeks? Go see Jamie. Want to learn about how to keep your skin radiant and glowing at home? Go see Jamie. Want some hilarious stories while you're getting your pores cleared? GO. SEE. JAMIE.

Jamie is the best! Every time I go to her, my skin looks so amazing. I just feel so beautiful and glowy! I don't have "problem" skin but the extra treatment with Jamie makes a big difference in my skin overall. She takes the time to explain what she is doing for my skin as well, which I appreciate. Not only is the service itself great, but I can go on and on about Jamie herself. She has a certain vibe - so easy to get along with and is instantly calming. I feel great just stepping into her studio. Austin, go check her out please! You will not be disappointed.

Ah man, I'm so happy I went to Jamie. My skin after the recent snowpocalypse was in rough shape and Jamie did an amazing job bringing it back into shape. It's amazing how great it looks and feels after just one trip to Jamie. Not only that, but she gave me tips for how to take care of my skin at home between trips so that my skin stays this nice. I'm absolutely going to make visiting her a regular routine. It was so relaxing and my face has never looked better!

Jamie gives literally the best facial massage I have ever had in my life, and I’ve had many facials done over the last 15 years. If you enjoy deeper massages and are open to a facial massage *experience* you’ll love this service. My skin was also super hydrated afterwards. I got the glass skin ritual.

Jamie is a passionate and professional esthetician. She cares not only for her practice but also her customers well-being. Her products are high quality and my skin feels refreshed, not to mention the stress relief in my shoulders, neck, and scalp. And her suite is located next to a cool cinema, so go get a service and then enjoy a rare art-house flic.

Most amazing skin care experience I’ve have had. Jamie is super knowledgeable and does a wonderful job of making you feel comfortable. It’s a luxury experience without the pretentiousness. She switched a few products in my regimen and my skin has never looked or felt better. 10/10 would recommend.

I’ve gone to see Jamie twice now and I’ve literally recommended her to everyone I think would love to learn more about skincare. Her approach is massage, gentle skincare, and an emphasis on hydration. My skin is looking better than ever! She knowledgeable, innovative, and you can tell she is truly passionate about her work. In our first session, she explained every step she was doing and why (because I asked, she is more than happy to just let you chill but I’m a bit of a chatter!) After about two weeks of using the products she had recommended I noticed a real difference in my skin. She tells you what to use and when, giving detailed instructions if there’s confusion. (She even looks up the ingredients in the skincare and can tell you what they do!) More than any of this though, she is a truly kind and wonderful human. I had a point where I had some personal stuff happening and I had to continually apologized and rescheduled by the week for a month. She reached out and let me know not to worry, to come in when needed. Then when I saw she was very understanding and open. She also makes it a point to make you feel beautiful even as she’s collecting gunk from your face. When I say you won’t regret booking with her I mean it. I can’t say enough positive things about her. I am so glad she’s in Austin and that I’m fortunate enough to have found her early on before she gets overly booked!

I decided to treat myself with Jamie at Imaje Skin Ritual during my Christmas Break choosing the New Client Facial + Consultation and I'm so grateful I did! Jamie is super thorough, knowledgable, and has done her research when it comes to skincare! Her facial massage + techniques put me in a relaxing state - I enjoyed my experience and conversation with her as I continue to learn the science, genetics, and all things that play into skincare - my skin looks amazing a week after our appointment following her advice on a hydrating moisturizer and what to do next! I'm excited for her 2023 endeavors and looking forward to my next facial! Thank you Jamie :)
