As someone who is new to the aesthetic world I knew I needed to get started somewhere and it was extremely scary coming in.. but the staff was very friendly!! Dr Ling greeted everyone as she stepped out of her sessions, I had the pleasure to be placed with Cynthia for a microdermabrasion, she was very informative and very patient! Again, I am completely new to this world and she answered every question I had. Lastly the place!? It's so cozy!! You feel right at home!!

Dr. Ling has an uncommon depth of knowledge, and astonishing skill she combines with truly caring about you. Her staff have been trained to the highest degree and show the same level of care. I would not trust anyone else with my face!

This is my fourth year with Dr. Shirat Ling and Cynthia. I began in my sixties. I continue to be deeply grateful for the vast knowledge, experience, and expertise that helps me feel my very best. Dr. Ling knows exactly what I need when I walk in and is very conservative about it. I so appreciate her mandate to give the products and procedures time; to wait and see; don't do too much; less is more. She is right every time! She also keeps up with and uses cutting edge technology. It was by luck that I found her. I tried other highly recommended others. Their place of work may have been fancier but the end result has consistently been best with Dr Ling and Cynthia. And we have great fun!

Dr Ling is the rare kind of wizard that you dare to hope for. And she has, indeed, given much hope to a lifetime of worry and grief etched deeply in my face. I am so very grateful for her dedication, intelligence (she uses the latest technology when appropriate and tried and true at other times) and what to me seems like pure magic. I highly recommend Dr Ling. She is an artist who keeps you looking like you on your very best days.

Dr. Ling is amazing!! She truly has the eye of an artist and knowledge of a physician. She always has a solution and is able to explain why she is doing what she is doing, I feel so comfortable in her hands because she clearly knows her stuff! As a person with needle anxiety, she has several options to help alleviate stress and makes me so comfortable, I cannot imagine going to anyone else. That level of trust is something I would pay a premium for, but her prices are also very attainable, PLUS she makes me laugh the whole time and is wonderful to be around.

I’ve been a patient of Dr Ling’s since 2011. She is always extremely professional, yet provides very personalized services. She uses the most up -to -date techniques and technology. Importantly, she always uses a cautious approach to all procedures so patients don’t look “overworked”. She does require her patients be masked (obviously not during a treatment that requires its removal), and she always wears a mask, as do her estheticians. Self-scheduling is online and easy.
