Most professional place in Austin. Very modern and homey feel and powerful lasers that work! Friendly staff that make you feel at home. Highly recommend

I have not been for a couple of years purely due to extraneous costs that have come up for me but when I did get laser services here for a while, it was fantastic! And totally affordable for me at that time. I hope to be able to go back soon because the service is amazing. Sascha and staff make you feel so welcome and safe.

LES is amazing. Everyone is kind and cheerful. Sascha and her team (even her mom!) are wonderful at what they do. Martin is extremely precise and caring when performing the electrolysis procedure on my arm; it makes what would be a not-so-fun hour speed by with fun and engaging conversation. I am elated to receive care here and recommend LES as the best spot for laser and electrolysis in Austin. It’s one thing to be an ally and provide gender affirming services, and something different altogether to be a part of the community that you give care to. It’s great to feel safe and seen.

Sasha is AMAZING! I have found the best electrolygist in Austin. I highly recommend her as she is very skilled, fast, and patient with me in sensitive areas. Sasha has a heart of gold and cares deeply about her clients and it is always a pleasure to visit and chat during our sessions. I highly recommend her services!

Such a friendly and welcoming environment. I was visiting from Canada and urgently needed a session for electrolysis on my upper lip. Martin saw me and did such a great job. I wasn't as red as I normally get and it didnt hurt half as much as the lady who works on me back home. Such a clean place! Hoping to get another session in before I leave! I definitely recommend this place for electrolysis- haven't tried any other service.

Skilled and caring Electrologist. Don’t go to one of the larger med spas; you might get an unskilled person who was assigned to do Electrology but not properly trained. Go here where they are incredibly skilled, experienced, and caring. Trust me on this one.

A session with Sascha is the best of both worlds, everything is pristine clean and she works quickly and methodically, but you also feel like you're just hanging out with your girlfriend while she does your eyebrows. She has a great sense of humor and she always remembers the little particulars of what I do and don't like. She's the best around (I've been to many of the others)

Guys, Martin does a wonderful job on my chin to get rid of my thick, corse hairs with electrolysis. I tried two other locations and this studio gave me the best results with minimal irritation and visible results. Highly recommend. I moved 5 hours away from Austin and I drove round trip in one day for the appointment with Martin.
