I am a basketball player and while working at UCLA I would play basketball at the Wooden center after work. One day while playing I tore my left Achilles tendon. I received surgery but was left with a gnarly scar on my left leg starting from my heel going up to just below my calf. I rehabbed for a year and a half and finally got the courage to start playing again. Sadly, weeks into playing basketball for the second time I was struck with bad luck again and tore my right Achilles tendon. This of course means I got another surgery scar as described earlier but on my right leg this time. Two thumbs down for twin scars! Since my surgeries I mostly tried to wear tall socks since I had some keloid on my scars and they were very noticeable when I was wearing sandals or low top Vans. While out with friends one night a female friend of mine asked me about my very noticeable scars. I told her that I got them from basketball and she told me about the Basma Hameed Clinic in Beverly Hills. I called the clinic and scheduled an appointment. It was a great decision. It's not like a typical doctors office. They are very fast and efficient and there is no wait time for your appointment. The employees are super friendly and professional. They seem to really enjoy what they do for work and it shows in how they treat their customers. The procedure is 1/10 on a pain scale. Honestly, at one of my appointments I asked if they were going to start the treatment, to which I was told they had already started a few minutes ago. The clinic is super clean and in a very nice area with cool places to eat nearby. There is also a parking garage very close to the clinic that has 2 hour free parking. I am super pumped about how my scars look now, because to be honest you can't see them now unless you actually try to feel them. To the naked eye they don't exist anymore. The medical pigmentation procedure was worth every penny! This clinic is the real deal as are the results. If you have suffered orthopedic injuries like me, first and foremost, I am sorry for the pain you have had to go through. But second, if you don't love your scars this clinic can give you results that make them go away! They are doing miracle work here, the before and after pics they can show you will blow your mind. The results speak for themselves, I can promise you will be very satisfied, just like I was.

I definitely recommend this place!! It is seriously the best, and has life changing results! I am on my 3rd treatment so far, and my scar already looks SO much better! It's truly amazing! The staff was absolutely wonderful and so honest with me. They gave me all the information that I needed to know, and it ended up being one of the best experiences I have had.

This place changed my life. I had a small birthmark on the side of my face that I used to use pounds of makeup to cover up. When I found the Basma Hameed Clinic and saw all the amazing results, I knew this was the place for me! Now I can go outside with little to no makeup on and I feel so comfortable. I honestly don't think I have ever felt like this in my entire life!

Nothing changes in my scars, too much expensive one session cost me 1600 dollars! And they told me i need 6 sessions to get rid of my scars when it’s small and I believed the pictures i saw on the ig and everywhere! I highly don’t recommend it, it’s like I tossed my money!

By far the best experience i’ve had at any clinic in Beverly Hills. The entire team was exceptional from start to finish and really made me feel comfortable and welcome the entire time. My treatment was so extensive and took over 2 hours that Alexandra my technician ordered me juice from Kreation. I really cannot thank the team enough for everything they have done for me. I finally have my confidence back after years of hiding away under layers of clothing afraid to even put on a bikini. Everything about this treatment is worth it.

Always an amazing time coming into this clinic! The whole team makes me feel safe and welcome and they finally gave me the confidence to take photos and wear a bikini again. My experience as an international model and former Miss Universe Canada runner-up with the Basma Hameed Clinic has been phenomenal. In my line of work appearance is extremely important, and so the degree of professionalism that I look for when working with anybody is equally as important. When making a permanent change to my face, you can be sure that I would only go to the best, and Basma Hameed from all of the research that I’ve done is just that. She has proven herself from the work she’s done on me and countless other clients throughout the years. Furthermore, I have so very much appreciated the quality of service and attention to detail by Basma and her team. I have been going to her for the past 10 years, and recently went back for an eyebrow touchup and I can truly say she really takes care of her clients, and makes sure they get the results that are going to serve them best, and that are going to last. If you’re looking to get beautiful and professional results THIS is the only place to go. You DON’T want to mess with you face and regret the results for a lifetime afterwards. Reposting a review I originally wrote a year ago and accidentally deleted Although the staff is very pleasant to work with, I am overall extremely disappointed with my experience at Basma Hameed Clinic. I completed a total of 12 sessions and paid approximately $8,400. While my scars are slightly lighter, the results are nowhere near what was implied during consultations or what is marketed through social media and influencers. My scars are still very visible, and the outcome is absolutely not worth the price. I honestly feel misled. I was only given the option to purchase packages of 6 treatments at a time, priced around $4,200, with the promise that touch-ups would be available later for $800. Initially, treatments were spaced 4 weeks apart, but after noticing I wasn’t healing properly, they were moved to 8 weeks apart. After my first 6 sessions, I was nowhere close to the results I had been led to expect. Although they don’t make guarantees, I was repeatedly reassured that I would “get there” and that the scars were “doing so well” and “getting lighter,” and that the next treatments would take me to my goal. Based on those reassurances, I went ahead and purchased another 6 sessions, fully believing this would significantly improve or eliminate my scars. Throughout the process, I consistently voiced my concerns about the results not being where I wanted them to be, but I was always told progress was great and that the next session would make the difference. After completing all 12 sessions, I am still very disappointed in both the visibility of my scars and the lack of follow-up from the clinic. After my 6th session, I had to contact them myself to schedule a follow-up appointment. Now that my full package is complete, once again no one has contacted me to assess results, check in, or discuss next steps. It feels disheartening that once payment is made, there is little to no aftercare or accountability. It truly feels like I’m just a number. I regret choosing Basma Hameed Clinic. For the amount I paid, I strongly believe I could have gone to another scar camouflage provider and received more sessions and equal or better results. I am not including photos or detailed treatment information for personal privacy reasons. However, I would caution anyone considering this clinic to do thorough research and shop around. BHC is very expensive, and you may not get the results you see online or are led to expect.

I wanted to share my experience as an International patient from the Middle East. Basma and her team are wonderful people that genuinely care about their work and their clients. I purposely made my trip to LA a bit longer so that I could squeeze in a couple sessions because they're very upfront about the fact that it will take 6 or more sessions to see a difference, it is a process. I contacted the office before my second session to let them know that my skin was still dark after the treatment and I wasn't sure if I was healed enough for another session, based on my experience with other procedures my skin tends to take twice as long to heal. They asked me to come in for an inspection and to my surprise and luck Basma herself happened to be there and checked the scars for me. She created a new plan for me on the spot and I of course followed her instructions. A few weeks later now and I'm happy to report that all darkness has subsided just like she said it would and I'm just bummed that I have to wait till I can fly back for more sessions. You will lose nothing by booking a consultation and hearing their opinion, but you have to fully understand that it is a commitment and not a one time thing.
