I went to him years ago- he made me feel so bad by his blunt remarks and awful bedside manner that I never went back.

Natalie is FANTASTIC. Her facials are truly amazing. She takes her time, listens to your concerns and gives you an incredible customized treatment. I recommend Natalie for your every day skin care or for pre event glowing skin! Thank you Natalie for being so wonderful!

I was referred to Dr.Lancer by my spine doc, Dr.Todd Lanman. Both amazing doctors, but this is about the brilliance of Dr. Lancer. I came to him with a pathology report in hand for basal cell cancer on my upper eyelid. My derm in Thousand Oaks did a shave biopsy after years of watching this skin tag do nothing. She referred me to their surgeon for MOHS surgery ….on my eyelid! Yikes. I’ve seen MOHS surgeries in person, and read online that it would/could involve reconstructive surgery on the eyelid after the Mohs. Dr. Lancer is the very best. From the first phone call to the first office visit the team of ladies at the desk and assisting Dr.Lancer were so polite and EFFICIENT. I was relieved when Dr. Lancer questioned the diagnosis, he said its very unusual to see that particular cancer on the top of an eyelid and suggested another biopsy. PERFECT with me, I was skeptical of the biopsy but hadn’t told Dr.Lancer. A few days later the second biopsy came back no cancer. I am so very grateful for Dr.Lancers wisdom, experience, kindness, expertise, and time. He explained everything slowly and methodically so I could digest it and make informed decisions. A little further treatment , a couple shots of laser to help it heal better, a topical cream and I’m good to go:) NO MOHS SCAR :)))) Im sure this was not a big deal for Dr.Lancer, but to me, its huge! I am thrilled to have met Dr.Lancer and his team. I am beyond grateful to Dr. Lanman who took his time to listen to my problem (being it wasn’t spine related) and immediately wrote Dr.Lancers phone number for me and sent me on my way to a MUCH happier ending. Hello Doctor, i am Priya from India.I am 22 years old and I had a very clear skin, but for the past 3 months i dont know what went worng with my skin i started getting acne and red scar all over my face. Nothing worked on it i saw your video and prodects but the problem is I have a very sensitive skin and I dont want to make my skin even more bad by trying something on my skin. So like am badly in need of your help.

I’m writing because I saw an overall rating which in NO way represents my Dr. Lancer! He is SO kind despite his initial dry sense of humor, he CARES, but wants his patients to care too! I’m not rich, but I am willing to save and pay for his excellent professional advice….good skin care a part of that commitment to healthy skin! He found a suspicious “thing” on my lip when he dropped into my facial to say “hello”, he saved me many years of agony. His staff is top notch! Friendly, funny but most of all caring. I love him and wish I was still in SoCal so I could see him more frequently ❤️

I want to Dr lancer back in august for skin care and then took my son and my daughter to him ,that office is simply intersteded in money Dr lancer doesn't care about is patience all he cares is about money he give u 5 mim of is time to sell u products were most money is made is arrogan ,the office stuff is unprofessional and they try to charge u enormous amount of money without quoting u in advanced …i will not recommend Dr lancer to anyone he is a con artist

I've been a patient of Dr. Lancer's for over thirty-five years. I found him through a Vogue article that mentioned how people with certain ethnic backgrounds can scar easily. I needed two moles removed, and I was scared since I am Greek which was one of the ethnicities mentioned. I didn't want the moles removed only to be left with large scars. I asked Dr. Lancer, "Will I have scars if you remove the moles?" In a very dry voice he said, "Yes. Terrible scars." Then, he shook his head and smiled. "No. Don't worry." I am very familiar with his sense of humor now, and his brilliance. He cares so much about everyone. I have no scars--and no wrinkles either--thanks to Dr. Lancer.

Dr. Lancer's products are overpriced and similar in quality to drugstore brands. I bought a few things to strengthen the skin barrier and improve the redness on my face, but they didn't do much. One of the products even made my skin worse. I decided to return them all and use Aquaphor on my face overnight. The next day, my redness was almost gone. Lancer skincare products are essentially the same as drugstore products, just marketed under a brand name and sold at a much higher price.
