Bella Derma Boca Spa

Bella Derma is a beautiful studio with great providers . They offer an array of beauty services and have an attention to detail that makes you feel very welcome. Highly recommend to check them out. And I also love their new red light therapy room.

Groupon customers beware. Botox Groupon will not be honored for Botox brand even with prior clarification & excuses were made. Was told better to get a refund from Groupon from Bella Derma. Don’t waste your time unless you are ok with generic variations. 5/14/26 this is an update to my above review after reading Bella Derma response. It is not a mistake or misunderstanding, this is a review of Bella Derma located in Boca Raton at 8903 Glades Rd suite A13 My previous appt was on May 1st at 10am, which I left without receiving the service of 20 units of Botox from Groupon due to treatment was not using Botox brand from Allergan and was told they will call me when they have. I waited until May 13th to call Bella Derma to check on the status of the reschedule only to be told first they have the Botox, then once I told them about the previous appt and is aware of me using the Groupon, it became it’s no longer available and is on back order and that I better just get a refund from Groupon. If I had know they have different standard for Groupon user, I would not have wasted my time. Also I would rather they state clearly that different variations of Botox will be used, at least then customers can decide prior to coming with full transparency.

I have to be honest here. I NEVER EVER leave reviews. And I would not have if this wasn't one of the most amazing experiences of my life. I have been doing Botox and other TOX for about a decade and had great experiences. Well let me tell you. 2 weeks ago I have visited this amazing place Bella Derma and after walking in and speaking to a woundefull front desk team I decided to trust my face to Olga (I am sorry i did not catch her last name). Olga was very understand of my unique needs and spend over 20 minutes explaining the befits of both PDO threads and Filler and Botox to me (I played stupid to see if she knows her stuff, and boy is she a champ). I ended up getting just 60 units (I usually get 80) but since they were running a special for $9 I could not resist. NOW to the finally today is my 16th or 17th day and my husband even asked what I did to my face as i no longer look 68 :-). Olga you are a miracle worker and I am coming back soon for the threads. AND DEFINATELY telling all my friends about this place. Keep it up ladies you rock

First time coming here from Groupon and the ladies are amazing here! Daphne at the front desk is so helpful and so nice. Olga did exactly what I asked for without making me feel out of place for what I wanted. Amazing experience

I have been coming here for about a year and this place never fails to impress me. They have knowledgeable estheticians working here who truly help you achieve your goal. I have had Simone doing my laser removal and she is amazing!

Jess was amazing!! I have been in two other places for laser in Boca and she is definitely the best! I would recommend her with my eyes closed. and thank you to all the team at Bella, they are all sweet people 🥰🫶🏼
