I am 21 years old and I did my lower blepharoplasty with Dr. Berman and I was amazed at how great the service was here. The staff here are incredible! They all remembered my name and were so friendly and they were always asking how I was healing and really did care about my surgery journey and healing process. Dr. Berman was so friendly and professional and I could really tell that he cared a lot about all of his cases and wanted me to get the best results. He was clear and concise and the surgery went great! He talked me through the procedure and healing process before in detail and answered all my questions. As a black person, there are a lot of different ways we heal and that our scarring can discolor and Dr. Berman made sure I understood that and really took care of me to make sure that I was healing appropriately. I would 100% recommend him and I am so happy with my choice.
