Susan is excellent at laser hair removal. She is professional, experienced, her facilities are immaculate, she never runs late and she is hysterical!!! I absolutely love each session and am thrilled with the results. This has been the best decision for making sure I am hair-free and as an unexpected side benefit, the laser has completely evened out and softened my skin. I could not suggest a better place to get this done. Tip: just go for it and do your entire body in one shot. Trust me on this one.

Susan did such a great job with my laser hair removal! She explained how the whole processes works and what I would be feeling each step of the way. She was gentle and kind and there were no surprises! I def recommend her!!

Susan is amazing! She is incredibly knowledgable about laser hair removal and is great at putting clients to ease. I have only had three treatments so far, and I have already noticed fantastic results. The frequency that I have to shave is way down and it is a breeze. Susan is fun to talk to, but she also doesn't mind if you just want to put in headphones and do your own thing. She goes above and beyond for her clients and is extremely thorough in all the areas she is zapping. I cannot recommend her enough.

Susan is wonderful!!! I’ve had two sessions so far with her and noticed results immediately after the first session and even more after the second session. She is extremely professional, very thorough and knowledgeable. Being African American I was concerned about results and how it would affect my skin, Susan went over the process in detailed and answered all my questions. Susan is an absolute pro, not to mention an amazing person. In 3 sessions my hair was not even growing back. She makes the sessions fun and carefree and is priced incredibly competitive. It's hands down the best beauty decision I have ever made. You can't go wrong with her! Don't listen to the chain places trying to over charge. She is a former nurse and works out of a Doctors office. The best ❤️❤️❤️❤️

I am so happy I came to Boca Raton Laser! Susan is the best!! Going into laser I was pretty scared..but my first appointment right away Susan made me feel comfortable. She was very professional, kind, and funny! She has a great sense of humor which made coming fun and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend coming here and going to Susan! You won’t regret it! Best part also is I have no hair either!!! Only after 5 sessions too! This experience was a 10/10 :)

Working with Susan has been a wonderful experience! After working with two other places prior to meeting Susan, paying and not having any success in getting rid of my unwanted hair on my face, working with Susan has been everything I needed. She took the time to explain to me the different types of lasers and why I was not having success before due to not using the proper lasers. She explained each step with me and is very fairly priced. She answers any and all questions I have. She is very knowledgeable and thorough including having my doctor complete a full blood test. She is very responsive and flexible with times and dates for appointments as well!
