Dr. Hancock did a complete dermatological exam and shared her findings right away. She then went over my concerns and answered all questions. Her patience and professionalism were outstanding. All the staff at her office were kind and friendly. A week after I had an additional concern and was promptly addressed. I'm looking to follow up with her in the future.

I had a laser resurfacing done by Dr. Nicole Conrad of Clearlyderm with help from Assistant Taylor. The procedure went smoothly with the wonderful care I recieved. I am a week post op. Very happy with improvement of my scars and wrinkles I would say years have been removed from my face Dr Conrad has been with me every step of the way via text answering my questions and giving encouragement. I am so happy I had the procedure. Dr Conrad is skilled knowledgeable and very caring Doctor.

I had a great experience with Dr. Nicole Conrad at the Clearlyderm Surgical and Vein location in Boca Raton. My facial Results from the Laser resurfacing turned out excellent. I would recommend this for any women with aging wrinkles and sun spots. I also visited the office for a second time to have Dr. Conrad diagnosis a skin rash to an unrelated allergic reaction to something else I had issues with.. we treated it with steroids and immediately started showing sign of improvement! Thank you for the excellent diagnosis for my month long issues with this itchy, annoying red rash. Dr. Conrad was kind and sensitive to the procedure, she made sure I was comfortable at all times and answered all my questions. Staff was excellent in their care for me. First of all I came early and didn’t have to wait for my appointment time. I know everyone either likes or dislikes the doctors in their reviews but this review is for Lexi. Not only did she answer all my questions completely before the doctor came in but also put me at ease in regards to my upcoming procedure. Dr Styperek was very informative also as I would expect. Great office!!

Brooke the PA was excellent! Her bedside manner is top notch. She was very thorough and took the time to ensure all my issues were addressed and every question I had was answered. She made me feel like I was a part of the treatment process, and ensured I understood everything that needed to be done. Would highly recommend!

Doctor Hancock and staff are amazing! They really care and take their time. I'm so grateful that I chose this office!! They really go above and beyond 🥰 They even helped me get the best deal for blood work and prescriptions since I don't have insurance. I'm on my way to clear skin thanks to them!!! Happy to say Doctor Conrad has been my Dermatologist for the past 10 years. Her Laser Resurfacing Skills are just incredible and keep me looking my best at any age. She never fails to follow-up after any procedure or concern. Doctor Conrad’s caring personality and strong communication skills make every visit a positive experience!

I really enjoyed the services I received from Clearlyderm! :-) The office is very inviting being fresh and modern. The staff are very friendly and enjoyed doting over my baby which was great being able to get service with a newborn present. My husband and I love the result of the great job the doctor did with my face :-)

The team at Clearlyderm in Boca have my visits very pleasant. Not only are they friendly, but it is the most efficient doctors office I have ever dealt with. Everything moves very quickly, throughout the entire process, while still making me feel well cared for. They are also super helpful and answered any questions that I had.
