I’ve been doing filler for 25 years and I’ve been to everyone even the best of the bests in miami and no one can compare to paola and alyssa. I’m 43 and i’ve never looked better in one session! They’re so kind and their prices are great! 😊 I also any to add that I tried microneedling SkinPen with Daniela for the very first time ever today. It’s all about natural enhancements. She’s so qualified and really knows what’s best for natural enhancements and the skincare treatments she offers at Cosmetica Medspa are all noninvasive treatments, which help so much to stimulate your skins new production of collagen growth. Surgery and too much fillers can really change your face. I’m so thankful for Daniela and Paola here because they truly make my skin look younger with more natural enhancements and treatments instead of overdone fillers and invasive procedures. I literally am coming every months for skin care facials and other microneedling treatments with Daniela! she’s the best!

First time at Cosmetica Med Spa and I already want this to be my new go-to spot. You feel welcome the second you walk in. The place is clean, cozy, and super modern. My injector was Daniela—she was so kind and explained everything really well. The receptionist is adorable.

I came to this med spa with blind faith and I was not disappointed. Denise took care of me, detailed everything I could expect from all the procedures I wanted. She was so gracious, kind, and professional- her technique made pain virtually non-existent. And she gave me her honest opinion when I wasn’t quite sure exactly how much filler I wanted. 10/10. I’ll be coming back for all future appointments with her.

From the moment I walked into Cosmedica I felt very welcomed by Ashlynn. Paula is my absolute favorite injector with such a gentle approach. If you want to go to the best, come see Paula at Cosmedica. This will now be my place… so beautiful, clean, and extremely affordable.

Chantel was amazing I absolutely love her! Super informative! I loved the spa !!! I had an injector I used for your straight, but she ended up moving away, so I needed to find a new place and stumbled upon this Medspa- Typically, I’m nervous to try new Medspa’s with new injectors because they try to push a bunch of Botox on you and I definitely did not get that here. That was definitely one of my concerns at first that they would try to oversell and they definitely didn’t oversell. So I am definitely pleasantly surprised and so happy!!!! Definitely coming back

From start to finish my experience was seamless and so professional. Sandra was an excellent injector. I barely felt any discomfort and the results were amazing. Would highly recommend to anyone considering 10 out of 10 stars

I am absolutely in love with how my lip filler turned out. Chantale is very sweet, welcoming, informative, and professional! I love the fact they just want to enhance your beauty and features instead of giving a fake/plastic look. My lips look so natural and no one can tell I had filler. She was also very gentle and communicative thru the whole process. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

This place is extremely shady and unprofessional. Neither the manager nor the owner is ever on site, which already raises red flags. The front desk staff are arrogant, dismissive, and unprofessional, and basic questions are met with attitude instead of help. The providers give inaccurate information and show little to no concern for patient safety, which is unacceptable in any medical or aesthetic setting. On top of that, the business falsely advertises providers using photos that are not real, which is incredibly misleading. Overall, the entire operation lacks transparency, accountability, and professionalism. Unfortunately, it took me some time to realize what was really going on. I would strongly caution anyone considering this place to do thorough research before booking.
