The staff at Jiva is fantastic. Top notch. They patiently listen and answer your questions. I never feel pressured or rushed or like a number at other places I've been to. My experience with hormones has been a pleasure. I had questions after my appt i needed answered over the phone and they not only got back to me in a timely fashion but answered me with kindness and patience!
