This place is a joke, they wanted to charge me $80 dollars because I was late 5 years ago!!! The lady I spoke to was super rude I asked her if she could just tell me if she would be able to take me Or not, she asked me to wait until she took care of a client and then she would text her boss, why would you text your boss prior to you making me wait 30 mins. Why am I even fighting for services I’m paying for!!! Shop around ladies, there’s many spots that prices are more reasonable and clinics are up to date and they are not money hungry!!!

I have been seeing Elena in Boston (Babcock street) for several years. She and her staff are excellent and I have seen great results. I have recommended her to friends and family. Highly recommended!

She always makes me feel comfortable during my sessions and takes the time to explain everything, which I really appreciate since I had a lot of questions at first. The results have been great so far! If you’re thinking about laser hair removal, definitely ask for Galla. She’s the best!
