I’ve had such a great experience with Anna at All in One Laser! From the very beginning, she took the time to educate me on the laser hair removal process, answer all of my questions, and make sure I felt informed and comfortable every step of the way. I’ve been going to All in One Laser for many years now, and it’s always been a 10/10 experience! They have great availability, even when I call the week before. They care about making sure my skin is staying healthy, and they always check to make sure that the timing works with any planned time in the sun. They also offered to do a spot treatment for one of the areas instead of charging the full price. Such great service!

OMG, if you ever dreamed about getting rid of that pesky hair with Laser and dreamed of having flawless skin without that annoying strawberry effect- just do it now. Best decision I ever made and now I’m kicking my butt for not doing it sooner. It is so worth it! Despite being a little bit of a hike for me (traveling from an island, taking the ferry and a car ride to my appointments), I know that I’m in the right place and in the right hands. Anna is very diligent and very knowledgeable with years of experience under her belt. Her confidence, professionalism and ability to do it at a pace that makes it feel like a breeze but at the same time you know that she got every square inch of surface - is truly impressive. If you follow her instructions on what to do after the treatment, the results are remarkable after the first treatment. It’s also worth mentioning that getting a pair of exfoliating gloves or any sort of gentle scrub- helps avoid the impulse to reach out for the razor. Now if you have any doubts about Laser machines, DON’T! All in One Laser doesn’t use your average itty bitty tool, it’s a serious machine that can take on any type of hair and any skin color. Loving my new hairless skin era! ❤️

I have been going to All in One Laser off and on for various laser needs for 14 years. Anna and her team are outstanding and by far the best in the business! They are kind, caring, professional and excellent at what they do! I first went in 2012 for bikini laser and Anna made me feel so comfortable and did such a great job! 14 years later and I still have no issues with regrowth. Go there, you won’t regret it!!

Anna is incredibly knowledgeable, experienced, and kind. She takes her work very seriously and is always transparent about what she’s doing and why. I’ve been going since October and I could not be happier with the results - just wish I hadn’t wait so long to do laser! The space is lovely as well, although I’ve never had to wait very long.

I've been a customer over a dozen years and love the level of care and results. Did the chin hair removal early on and in recent years the skin tightening which really makes a difference. Anna does her due diligence and is very conscientious about recommending for the best results.

I am forever grateful to have found Anna and All In One Laser in Watertown. I’ve been seeing Anna for laser hair removal for a year or two now. She is incredibly knowledgeable, professional and personable. (Really such a joy to be around) I knew from the moment I met her, she is an expert in this work. I have brown skin and she has the equipment to manage all skin types knowing NOT ONE-SIZE FITS ALL. She makes a not so comfortable service comfortable and manageable. I had been very self conscience about my unwanted hair and am very pleased as results are great. So much so I am exploring other treatments with Anna! Don’t think twice - make the appt.

I have been to All In One for laser hair removal of legs, bikini, and other areas. Anna is so great. She is a true professional and totally OCD about hitting every detail and being thorough and tidy. Highly recommend. She also uses the top of the line equipment- I have researched extensively and there is a big difference in equipment when it comes to effectively removing hair. Especially somewhat fair hair.
