Raya is incredibly knowledgeable and kind. During my first session, she consistently checked in on my comfort and pain level, making sure I felt at ease every step of the way. She was extremely thorough with safety precautions, taking the time to protect my skin and carefully explain any potential risks related to sun exposure and skincare products and was extremely willing to answer any questions I had clearly and fully. I really appreciated how informative and attentive she was. Overall, it was an outstanding experience—I couldn’t have asked for better care!

Raya is amazing - knowledgeable, skilled, friendly, fun, and so good at answering all my many questions and making me feel comfortable with doing laser hair removal for the first time. To say this practice is exceptional would be an understatement. As someone who has worked in healthcare for over 18 years and as someone who used to perform laser hair removal; I have seen my share of horror stories and bad results. Raya literally changed my life! Her laser knowledge is unmatched and it’s so refreshing to come across someone who is genuinely passionate about what they do and helping women feel beautiful and reaching their goals. My bikini area used to be a nightmare to shave and the ingrowns would be so painful. I haven’t had ingrowns or have needed to shave my bikini, underarms, or legs in years. There is no one else I would trust! The office is gorgeous and spotless, the location is perfection, and the technician is truly a master! A++++++++++

I've just started going to Bagardi Laser Center and I'm already impressed. Their scheduling and reminder systems are very easy and efficient, the people I've seen are kind and knowledgeable, and the prices are reasonable. I recommend giving them a try (esp. over the big chains)!

I've been having laser hair removal for many many years. When I started I had some terrible experiences with people who burnt me or just didn't work at all. I then found Bagardi and I will never go anywhere else. Raya is absolutely amazing. She is knowledgeable and takes the time to explain things so you understand the process. The laser machine also spits out icy old air which helps so much with comfort. I cannot recommend this place enough. Highly recommend!

I have been receiving treatments from Bagardi for over 5 years. Hair removal done here actually makes a difference. I tried different places but couldn’t find any other with a machine that has the same strength. On top of that Raya the owner is super honest, professional and informative.
