Lana is very professional, keeps a clean studio, and makes the process comfortable for you. Getting zapped with lasers is generally unpleasant, to say the least. But my sessions with Lana were a fantastic experience, and I would recommend her to anyone looking for long-lasting hair removal. She has a ton of experience, and it shows in her ability to make you feel comfortable and at ease. Somehow she is able to remember all her clients by name, and even picks up conversations where you last left them even if several weeks have gone by. Her studio is always very clean, but also welcoming, and she's super efficient. I've never had an appointment run late. 5/5

Lana is incredible!! She's always so professional and her quality is unmatched. For a procedure that's not always the most comfortable, she consistently made me feel at ease. I would definitely recommend!

Lana is really nice. She explained everything clearly before the procedure. She always makes sure I feel comfortable and gives some break when I startle from the laser. I have done laser hair removal before at multiple places and she is of course one of the best. I will definitely come back here if I need more laser treatments.
