Akou and her Team are AMAZING! From the minute I stepped off the elevator the greeting received I could tell I would have the best experience possible. It was easy to forget you're on busy Newbury Street, the atmosphere is beautiful and relaxing! Allie gave me the best facial, she is really good, very meticulous, and dedicated. She went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and satisfied with the results.

I've been with Akou since Boylston St/ pre pandemic. She is always professional and super sweet. She cares for her clients skin and not just performing whatever procedure you're asking for because it's the current wave. Healthy skin is her specialty and she does it well!
