I started receiving LHR back in September on my face and neck, and have absolutely loved the results so far! I'm transitioning currently, and they have been very respectful towards me and my goals (no more facial/neck hair, and more hair removal to follow). I've loved chatting with them, both during laser sessions and during my initial consultations with Karyn (she's super sweet and very easy to talk to). I've only been for 2 out of 6 sessions, and I am very happy with the results on my face (very little hair growing back even now). I'm looking forward to continuing my LHR journey here! For anyone transitioning these folks are worth it for facial hair removal. I'll update more once I see how my next sessions go for everything below the belt!

I just had Botox done with Nurse Adele and honestly… 10/10 experience. She actually listens to what you want instead of doing the copy-paste faces most injectors push. She explained everything clearly, mapped out my concerns, and her technique is so precise it felt like nothing. My results already look smooth and natural — no frozen look, no weird heaviness, and she kept the symmetry perfect. She’s gentle, fast, and knows facial anatomy like the back of her hand. You can tell she actually cares, not just trying to upsell you. If you want Botox done right the first time, go to Adele. I’m super picky and she still impressed me.

My husband and I have been going to this place for botox treatments for a couple of years now and have recommended the service to many friends: they have reasonable prices, good monthly deals and very attentive personnel. I also just finished my first laser hair removal session with Ann and she was very attentive, professional and nice! The whole experience was much smoother than what I have always imagined. I will update the review with LHR results as I complete the 6 sessions.

Had an amazing experience with Jason! Had six treatments for laser and it was fast, incredibly effective and almost no pain. He's great, explained everything really well, and made the whole experience so relaxing. Would highly reccomend anyone request him! Definitely going back if I need more in the future.

I’ve had a handful of laser sessions at different locations. None have been as comfortable or enjoyable as my time spent with Anne. She is so kind and accommodating and I felt incredibly safe. I felt like I’ve known her forever! Best experience ever! Seriously!

I’ve just finished my second laser session with Anne, and the results are truly impressive. I already saw a difference after the first treatment, and the progress now is even more noticeable. Anne is professional, gentle, and always makes me feel comfortable. I couldn’t recommend her more!

Love Icon MD! I had my first hydrafacial with Lilly as my esthetician and had the best experience. Lilly was super informative and walked me through each step, checked in frequently to make sure I was comfortable, and addressed all of my skin concerns. Had such a wonderful experience, I left with a membership! 10/10 recommend!

Adel, one of the aesthetics nurse practitioners, is amazing. She did a great job go over everything with me and definitely did not try to upsell or give me more than I needed. She was very knowledgeable, professional, and trustworthy. I had actually asked about a certain placement of the Botox and she told me why she didn’t think I needed it there. I think her honesty is a breath of fresh air! Would definitely go back to her. I do think the price per unit of the Botox is slightly higher than average, but they run a lot of promotions and try to get you rewards to even this out!

Fantastic Botox Service from Adel! She is phenomenal in providing Botox and any other cosmetic injections. I have done lots of botox and even with numbing creams, they all hurt very bad. But Adel did my injections without pain!! My mind is blown. She is very friendly, very supportive. Top notch!❤️❤️❤️. Also an amazing price deal is going on there! Use it people!😎
