Thorough, polite, informative, knowledgeable, unhurried! very pleased.. making appointment on line as new client needs some changes. need cell hone numbr; we don't all have one. need to pload photo of insurance cards; we don't all have good technology knowledge to do this. otherwise, excellnt 5 star office, staff.
