This time, Caitlyn treated my face and neck with Thermage. I had expected a painful experience but there was absolutely no pain and she was just a pleasure to speak with for this hour. The results should start showing in three months and I am excited to see all of the improvements! Dr Greenberg evened out my bottom lip to match the top. He is the most skilled injector I have ever met. He is very calm and puts one at ease. He definitely has a very keen eye and is most precise about what he does! This is a most welcoming spa with much medical experience and lovely staff!

I had a Thermage treatment with Cassie in May 2025. It was costly and didn’t produce any positive changes. Although Cassie was super friendly before and during the procedure, she never followed up to ask about my results. Maybe my expectations are unrealistic? Or maybe I was expected to do the following up? I’m extremely dissatisfied with my December Botox injections by Dr Greenberg - I’ve talked to him at least twice about how the Botox tends to push my forehead muscles down and causes my eyelids to look hooded. I thought he made notes about this in my file so we could be more careful with the number of units and placement of the injections, but effects from the latest round have resulted in me feeling embarrassed and ashamed of the way my forehead and eyes look. It’s as if he didn’t listen to me at all. Maybe I’m just not a good candidate for injections. I’ve paid Ageless Remedies almost $10K for treatments/services in under a year, but don’t feel like a valued client. I thought I found an aesthetic partner in Ageless Remedies but it seems that’s not the case.

The ladies at the front desk were very welcoming and upbeat when I walked in for my first visit. My hydrafacial was done by Evelyn and she was knowledgeable, kind, and engaging. She explained each step along the way and provided valuable insights for skin care. Highly recommend this Med Spa!

I was looking for a place to do laser hair removal. I looked at many places on Google, but the reviews for Ageless Remedies SouthPark caught my eye because they had great reviews and I decided to try them. I am so happy that I did. The front desk staff are always pleasant when I arrive and greeting me with a smile! Heather did my initial consultation and my experience with her was great. She was knowledgeable, thorough, and pleasant. She made sure all of my questions were amswered and that I left the consultation informed. She has been doing my laser treatments and I am highly pleased with her. I immediately noticed a difference in the reduction in hair growth after the first visit. I have had three treatments thus far and the outcome has been great so I can only imagine what the outcome will be once I finish! I have found my new skincare treatment home and I'm looking forward to my skincare journey with Ageless Remedies SouthPark!

I cannot say enough about the professionalism and outstanding results at Ageless Remedies. The staff is truly exceptional - every person I’ve interacted with has been stellar. They make each visit comfortable and take time to explain every process clearly. I trust their recommendations as they always align with my needs. 5 stars!

Cassie is honest, informative and a real sweetheart. I had her do some laser treatment to help me address some age spots (yes, I was young and dumb once) and some of them have already noticeably improved, faded, gone away, etc within the first 2 weeks. Obviously, I also did my part in following her directions, proper skincare, etc - but I am very grateful for the work she did with me in helping me to address this pain point - very highly recommended! :)
