I had such a fantastic experience getting a laser treatment with Kim for some broken capillaries on my face. I was blown away by her professionalism, kindness, and skill. I'm a nervous patient and she listened to my concerns, made sure the process was painless and easy, and the post-procedure follow-up was truly incredible. I can't recommend Kim enough and won't hesitate to come back and see her in the future! I was very impressed overall with Carolina Facial Plastics and plan to visit again in the near future. Updated review December 2025: I've now had several Botox/injectable appointments with Heather for my lateral forehead lines and crow's feet, and as with Kim, I'm so blown away by her professionalism, skill, and compassion. She listened carefully to what I wanted, adjusted as needed with touch-ups, and learned to refine the dosage from appointment to appointment. She is absolutely wonderful and I can't recommend Heather and CFP enough!

Overall, my experience with Carolina Facial Plastics was exceptional. As someone who had never visited a practice like this before, I truly appreciated how friendly, knowledgeable, and welcoming the entire team was. They made me feel completely comfortable and at ease throughout my Moxi treatment, especially since it was my first time undergoing a procedure like this. Their support did not end after the treatment—they remained attentive, communicative, and helpful during the follow-up process as well. I would highly recommend Carolina Facial Plastics to anyone considering their services.

Dr. Kulbersh was recommended to me & he did not disappoint. He and his staff were fantastic. Besides being one of the best plastic surgeons in N.C., he's a down to earth, nice guy. Took time to answer my questions and ask what results I hoped for. He covered all the bases from pre to post surgery. This was my first plastic surgery experience at 74 yrs old and was a positive one. No bruising. I am still in the healing stage but so far, so good. Thank you to an awsome team!

I would like to commend Dr Jonathan Kulbersh and his staff for a wonderful job. The surgery went very well . I am very pleased with my results. I highly recommend his services. Also would like to thank the anesthesiologist team. Robin checking me in to the whole team making this a truly amazing experience.

This place is a saving grace! Everyone was welcoming and friendly; Rachel is an absolute GEM! I broke my nose a few years ago and after surgery, it wasn’t completely straight in my bridge area, I had a curve that I wasn’t sure could be fixed with a liquid rhinoplasty (it was a looking straight forward problem rather than a side profile problem). I went for a consultation and Rachel was honest, thorough, friendly, and a true professional. I trusted her right away and ended up getting it done that day. I know I was her hardest client with what we were trying to achieve but SHE DID IT! I’m speechless, I feel back to my confident self because of her. I 100% want to go back and would recommend this place to anyone!!

I've had multiple treatments here and will keep coming back. I initially came because of the reviews, so I'm paying it forward :) The team is wonderful (I adore miss Rachel)! I've loved the natural looking results and trust the team 100% to make me look and feel "refreshed" each time I leave. Plus, if you're curious about a different offering - from surgery to peels to injectables, everyone works as a team and gets you answers without making you feel pressured. They'll be honest and creative with you to find out what is and isn't going to get you the results you want.

Dr. Kulbersh is truly exceptional. He is kind, talented, authentic and professional. He took the time to truly understand my concerns and made absolutely sure that I was happy with the outcome. Additionally his staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and was responsive whenever I had any questions. I understand that these sort of procedures can be intimidating and expensive and a tough decision to make. I can say first hand that Carolina Facial Plastics is an excellent choice and would highly recommend them.

I went to Rachel for my first-ever Botox session for TMJ and she was incredible! I brought my best friend (who’s also a PA) and we had SUCH a fun, comfortable experience from start to finish. Rachel was so supportive, super educational, and just genuinely great to be around. I felt totally confident in her hands, and now two weeks later I’m SO happy with the results. Couldn’t recommend Rachel more and the whole clinic was amazing to work with!!!!

Heather took the time to talk through all of my needs, and she made me feel comfortable and heard. The entire office staff is also friendly, welcoming, and so helpful. It makes such a difference when a team genuinely cares about their patients. I highly recommend them!
