Denise McCall review for Charlotte Dermatology, 7th Street (Main Office) | Charlotte

Update: Found out Charlotte dermatology has merged with another company so they are no longer in network. Would be nice if they told new customers… They need to update all the information on their site. Front desk customer service was awesome. However, I was charged for out of network co-pay, when I am definitely in network. Was not impressed with the PA. Seemed un-skilled and in a rush. Gave me several options about a small cyst I had and when I chose the options I wanted she did not seem happy. She drained my cyst and told me to Put a Band-Aid on it, and gave me some antibiotics. Did not have answers to simple questions I asked about aging skin care. She seemed to be in a big rush. Did not give me any instructions or further steps.
