The service and care I receive at Charlotte Skin and Laser is excellent. The staff is welcoming as well as professional. Dr. Ronstan is wonderful. She listens to your concerns. Makes recommendations and discusses options with you. Then designs your treatment plan based on what the two of you agreed on. I highly recommend Charlotte Skin and Laser.

Absolutely fantastic! I have been seeing Alexis to help with my skin concerns and she is SO kind and knowledgeable. I always feel like she is listening to me intently, and is very thorough while also being quick/efficient. Every person at the front desk is also super lovely, and makes me feel so comfortable/calms my nerves! I have only ever had positive experiences with every person I’ve interacted with at this practice! Would HIGHLY recommend.

Charlotte Skin and Laser was a very professional friendly atmosphere. Dr. Alexis was genuinely positive and gave me hope for my scars. I would recommend this facility to everyone and anyone that has an issue with their skin. Wonderful staff also.

This is the first time I've been to the dermatologist in over 35 years! Charlotte skin and removal was professional from the moment I walked in the door. Dr. McLean and Jane were a great team and we're able to take care of the issue I have right away! Definitely going back.

I wouldn't recommend this to anyone!!! They sent me a sum in a private message, supposedly for me to pay! There was no invoice in my account with this clinic, no invoice in my email, and I had absolutely no idea what was included in the price after the service was performed. My insurance covered the entire amount except for about $25, but the clinic withdrew $210 from my bank account. It took me three weeks or more to get my money back! I will 100% never go to this place again, wasting not only my money but also my nerves!

Dr. Emily McLean and her assistant Taylor, are awesome. My first appointment was yesterday and I feel like I’ve known them forever! Taylor was very attentive as she took up front information of my concerns. She was warm and welcoming. Upon entering the room, Dr. McLean introduced herself and welcomed me. She knew I was a referral and listened attentively to why I was there. The treatment and medications she did and prescribed, were appropriate and she made sure I was comfortable and in agreement with them. I look forward to my next appointment.

5 stars. From start to finish, Charlotte Skin and Laser delivered exceptional service. Michelle at the front desk went above and beyond at check-in to ensure everything ran smoothly and efficiently. The nurse and doctor were both incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all my additional questions with care (I went for a full body check). They came highly recommended by a friend, and now I understand why, professional, thorough, and welcoming from the moment you walk in.

Routine examinations are given with the same priority as any other skin problem. Taylor was very professional and friendly in gathering the information for the visit. PA Ellie Cruz provided a very comprehensive examination and leaves no area skipped. I always feel that my visits are just as important as any other visit. When the visit is over, leave with the belief that everything was covered and there will be no surprises by the next visit in six months.

I visited this clinic for milia removal and treatment of sebaceous gland issues. The milia extraction was done appropriately, and staff were polite. However, my experience with the Agnes RF treatment was DISAPPOINTED. No topical numbing was offered, and when I asked, I was told using numbing would reduce effectiveness, which is not standard practice for patient comfort and precision. The procedure was uncomfortable, and pain may have limited how thoroughly it was performed. Post-procedure, I experienced significant dryness and lingering bumps, and clearer guidance on pain management, expectations, and aftercare would have been helpful. I paid the full amount requested, yet the treatment was not done as it should have been. Patients deserve proper care when paying for a service. Overall, the clinic left me disappointed regarding patient comfort, transparency, and delivery of promised treatment. I recommend asking detailed questions about procedure, comfort options, and aftercare before proceeding.

Excellent visit. Everyone was very professional, helpful and happy. Great environment to visit and be treated in. This is the place to go if you have any skin needs. Ellie and Amelia took wonderful care of me.
