I’m so happy I found Janet at Charlotte Spa & Esthetics. I 10/10 recommend her when booking a service. I’ve only gotten 2 treatments so far and have seen dramatic improvements. As a Black woman, it’s difficult to find skin treatments efficient for pigmented skin and Janet delivered. I’m so excited and eager to book my future appointments.

Ms. Janet is a miracle worker! I have struggled with rosacea and cystic acne since I was a teenager. I have seen dermatologists about it but could never find a long term solution. At this point in my life I honestly just thought I would have to live with it. In April I had my first appointment and immediately could tell this was different! It was a facial with extraction but Ms. Janet saw that my skin was too sensitive and gave me the facial I NEEDED not the one I mistakenly picked. From there it has been nothing but wonderful! She really takes her time to personalize her service to what you need. It is not a one size fits all approach. I have had a mixture of Chemical Peels and MicroNeedling since then and it’s made such a huge difference!! I haven’t had any cystic acne breakouts in several months and my constant redness is now so minimal I can hardly recognize myself in old pictures! I never believed it could get this good! It looks great and feels so much better. No matter how bad things seem to be trust the process!

Where to begin! Ms Janet saved my skin. For my first visit, i scheduled a simple dermaplaning appointment. During this visit we discussed my skin and its issues in detail and she recommended a chemical peel as my next service. I am about to have my second chemical peel and i can see the results she promised already. On top of being INCREDIBLY knowledgeable is the fact that she’s so willing to share her knowledge with you. She’s taught me so much about my skin and how it works and what products to use. Now i look forward to doing my skincare routine because i know i will see results. Best of all, she is able to order the products i need and i can stop by and grab them! 10/10 visiting. Your skin will thank you!!!!!

I did the bleaching/peel in my intimate areas and I absolutely love the results!! I saw a significant difference after only the first session. Post care has to be done correctly for maximum results. Janet was fantastic she explained the whole process to me she answered all of my questions and she made sure I knew exactly how to do my post care to get the best results. Overall she made it a great and easy experience and I am so happy with my results!

Charlotte Spa and Esthetics has completely changed my skin! I have been seeing Janet for over a year and my skin has never looked better. As a woman over 40, I wanted to prevent aging and focus on the health of my skin. My initial appointment was a facial. During that appointment, Janet did a thorough assessment of my skin and recommended additional services to treat my hyperpigmentation and dryness. She provided so much education on how I was hindering the results I wanted to see. I went home with new skincare products and began doing the things she instructed. In about 8 weeks, my face had NEVER looked better!! Janet is now part of my self care routine! I see her monthly and have done several services based on her recommendations including nanoneedling, micro needling, chemical peels, and Celluma light therapy as needed to keep my skin glowing, hydrated, and looking its best!! I would 10/10 Recommend Janet to anyone looking to optimize the look and most importantly the health of their skin!

My first appointment with Janet was a facial. She was very nice, professional and knowledgeable. She understood my skin situation and provided elaborate next steps. I then scheduled a package with 3 chemical peels. Now my skin feels and looks great. I am so glad I found Janet. She’s just an amazing esthetician.

Charlotte Spa & Esthetics is the number 1 business for taking care of my facial needs. Janet did an excellent job revitalizing my face. She performed a series of chemical peels to remove the years of damage skin from wearing a gas mask during my time in the Air Force, which had caused scaring and other skin issues. I’ve received so many compliments on how great my face looks, and it has greatly improved my self-esteem. Janet deserves 10+ stars and a salute for her outstanding customer service in taking care of my needs.

Janet is AMAZING and professional. I always book my appointment a few days ahead of time and I have never had a problem getting scheduled. She’s always on time or early and we always have good conversations. This is now my third time getting a chemical peel and each time I’ve seen great progress and she’s always giving me tips and educating me about my skin type/damaged area and how to treat it. Would definitely recommend!

The intimate bleaching with Janet was a great experience. As a male, I was a little unsure, but she made me very comfortable. Her level of professionalism and skill made the process simple, easy, and painless. Janet did a great job explaining the post-care, which greatly helped the skintone later on.
