Excited to get results of my Longevity consultation, the data will be helpful in coming up with a plan for my long term health. I also had a Botox “lip lift”, and I’ll be excited to see those results in a few days! Can’t wait to go back!

Today I went for a cool sculpting consultation. I was warmly greeted by the office and they, in turn, introduced me to Lauren for consultation and she was awesome! She made me feel at ease, broke down the entire process, and answered all of my questions. The one thing I appreciate and felt comfort in, about Cool Renewal Spa, is that cool sculpting is their specialty. Their prices are reasonable and they’re honest in giving their opinion (not just trying to sell/push their products). Their office is neat and clean and their equipment is all state of the art, everything! Should I decide to move forward, Cool Renewal Spa will definitely be my #1 choice.

Ashley did my first Co2 laser treatment today! She prepped me and told me what to expect and made me feel so comfortable! I’m home and healing nicely - can’t wait to go back for more!!

I've only been going to this spa for a few weeks but the service is spectacular. My provider was super kind and answered all my questions. I completed my third treatment for under chin fat reduction today, at the Mooresville location. Very nice people! They really take their time to help make sure you get the results you want. It will still be awhile till I see the full results but think it is helping!

I have been happy with Ashley for Botox & filler for 3 visits. That’s amazing. People usually disappoint me after the first session. The only other professional I was happy with was Dr. Calbretta back in the day 1900s, early 2000z I’ve had a million 1st dates for Botox & filler since then. Ashley is the only one that has made my face extra amazing. She doesn’t have the goal to make my Botox short for it to go away quickly for me to come back & spend more money. She really cares about her patients/clients looking & feeling beautiful & 10yrs younger. She made my Botox & filler last longer than other medical professionals. She has kept me as a client by doing such an amazing job on my face, neck, chest. Ashley did CO2 laser on my neck & chest too. She keeps me. I could say so many negative things about other beauty maintenance businesses. Cool Renewal was brilliant to hire Ashley. I went to cool renewal for body sculpting for 2yrs with great results. My massage therapist always tells me the cool sculpting is still making me tighter. I’m a healthy, in shape, athletic person. I walk 2-4hrs a day. I eat healthy. I’m spiritual. I’m the perfect person for all of this. You can’t be unhealthy & not take care of your skin, body & think you’ll be cured. We have to take care of ourselves. All of this is a supplement to healthy livings. In summary, Ashley is incredible at Cool Renewal.

I’m not one to take the effort to write online reviews, but Cool Renewal deserves one. The staff is very friendly and Ashley is a real pleasure to work with - she’s candid and is very knowledgeable about the practice and available services. Glad I stopped by on a whim just to see what’s what. 100% recommend you check them out.
