Grace G review for Dermatology, Laser, & Vein Specialists of the Carolinas

Whoever does the booking needs to make it clear to patients which location their appointment is being booked at. Or ask them. I always try to book at the Pineville location, their number is the one I call. It’s 20 min from my house and 13 from my office. Don’t love finding out from a reminder text that without asking/telling me, they scheduled me at the office 25 min away from home and 45 from work. I called the Pineville office to schedule at the Pineville office. It would be nice to be told on the phone that hey, just so you know, you’re not being scheduled for this location. This is not my first time having issues with scheduling, my last appointment they sent me to the Pineville location but turns out that specific derm does not even work at that location on the day I was there. I think they actually had me in the calendar for the wrong day as well or didn’t have my appointment in their system. Can’t remember. If I wasn’t getting a potentially cancerous mole removed that I want done asap I’d be rescheduling or looking for a different dermatologist because this is just frustrating. Also I messaged them over a year ago about getting locked out of my account and never heard back. Would have dealt with it at my last appointment but with the scheduling mess and then them taking me back pretty late I was in a rush to get to work
