I went there for my first hair laser removal treatment yesterday and I had a great experience. The place is very clean and relaxing. Estaphanie was great and made the process so easy. Most importantly, this is the first time to have a painless laser treatment process. This is amazing. I can't recommend them enough.

I received micro needling treatment on my face. It was my first visit here-I’m fairly new to Charlotte. It was pretty easy to get to the location in Charlotte from my place in Waxhaw. The place is modern clean and welcoming-And the person who greeted me and signed me in, was very sweet and professional. I’ve never had the service done before, and it was explained to me in detail before we started and my Aesthetician kept in constant contact with me if I was feeling any pain how was it working and always getting continual feedback from me making sure everything was good on my end- she was as very kind and professional I enjoyed the music that was played during my visit-And I did use their restroom and it was clean and professional. I’m picky on that. Overall, I was very pleased with my visit And when I save my pennies again, I’m gonna go for another visit and we’ll see what I decide to do next time! I can recommend this business.

I had PBF (Platelet Bio Filler) done with Tonda at Fanous Medspa, and she was amazing! Super professional, really friendly, and clearly knows her stuff. She also gave me some great tips on improving my skin with skincare, which I really appreciated. Definitely felt like I was in good hands the whole time!
