Dr Kao and all his staff are great! I had a bilateral upper blepharoplasty in March and and I am so very pleased! It was easy and painless and no sedation needed! Highly recommend H/K/B. The pictures are only 10 days apart ( the before and after) it made such a huge difference in such a short period of time.

I can’t say enough about my experience at H/K/B. After six months of research and several consultations around Charlotte, I had my eye on Dr. Bharti and his beautiful work. I recently had a mommy makeover that included a full tummy tuck with muscle repair, liposuction, implant exchange to a smaller size, and a breast lift. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an excellent experience with Dr. Kortesis and the HKB staff from start to finish. The surgical facility is truly state of the art, and the nursing staff and anesthesiologist were absolutely top notch. Everyone was professional, attentive, and always available to answer any questions I had throughout the entire process. Dr. Kortesis made me feel comfortable immediately and treated me with genuine care and compassion. He has a way of making you feel like you’ve known him for years, while still maintaining the highest level of professionalism and expertise. The staff here is so incredibly friendly and seem to genuinely care if you are comfortable and have all the information you need to make the best decision for yourself. Dr. Baker was amazing! Very thorough and personable. He truly cares about each patient and works diligently to ensure your entire journey has the ideal outcome. Honestly he’s one of the best physicians I’ve had. I felt like I was in good hands every step of the way. This also remains true for each staff member at HKB.

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Baker and HKB. I’m just so thankful for the care that I received from him and the entire staff. From the minute I met Dr. Baker, I was put at ease. He is knowledgeable, thorough, kind and personable. This was actually my second time having this exact surgery. The first was with a different surgeon. The skill and care between that surgeon and Dr. Baker are night and day. I am so happy with my results. I also think it is important to note that Dr. Baker provides personal follow-up for weeks after your surgery, and after that, he made himself available for any questions/concerns that I had.
