I’m seeing Katie Sullivan for skin concerns and I have to say, she’s one of the best providers I’ve ever worked with. I have normal to dry skin, acne scarring, and active acne that I’m trying to address prior to my wedding. I met with Katie for a complimentary consultation, and I was surprised by how much time was spent trying to understand my specific concerns/desires for treatment, as well as the time spent educating me on the particulars of various services and skincare as a whole. Most places I’ve been to try to rush free consults out in 10 min or less, but I spent a good 35-40 minutes talking with Katie on our first session. I went back to her the next day for a custom facial appointment to treat myself for my birthday, and it was amazing! My skin felt great after, and she’s a very skilled esthetician. I’m now returning for a course of laser facial treatments to help control my acne prior to the big day; it’s the least invasive option, and it could have been an opportunity to upsell and do the most intense treatment to get “the best” results before my wedding in March, but she recommended a treatment that best suited my skin’s needs at this time before we potentially move onto more intensive treatments down the line. For the level of care and attention paid to clients, I really think this place is worth the price.

Infinity MedSpa has always had a wonderful reputation in Charlotte, but I wanted to share my personal experience with Infinity after they prevented permanent scarring and helped me heal from a bad laser brow tattoo removal experience with another provider. I sent a photo to Infinity of my first laser tattoo removal experience gone terribly wrong. They reached out immediately and offered to fit me in to assist the next morning because they knew my skin needed urgent attention. I went in the next day completely stressed out about scarring (and my brows looked terrible). I was met with all smiles and compassion at the front desk. I then had my first appointment with Katie Sullivan, whom I now refer to as THE brow and face whisperer of Charlotte! I looked like a clown (seriously) and Katie approached the situation with total calm, compassion, kindness, and most importantly an incredible skill set. She was upfront with me about my situation, not over promising any treatment results, but putting together an immediate plan to triage the awful situation. I came in about to have a meltdown and left feeling confident she could absolutely fix my brow fiasco. Her approach with her clients is impeccable. She explains every detail and every step. My first appointment with Katie was early this summer. Fast forward to the end of 2025: my brows are completely back to normal and I have also had two IPL laser treatments to help address persistent rosacea side effects. I couldn’t be happier, and Infinity MedSpa has a loyal and incredibly appreciative client for life! I’m so grateful to this wonderful MedSpa for going above and beyond to not only willingly triage another provider’s damaging experience, but also help dramatically improve my facial skin health overall and compassionately educate me moving forward on best practices. If I could give Infinity and Katie a 100-star rating, I would. I’m so grateful to Katie in particular for literally saving my face. Try their services! Tiffany is very knowledgeable, and I saw dramatic improvements with my cool sculpting treatments. She is realistic about what you can expect from this treatment, and her guidance helped me understand what to anticipate. The outcome of my treatment far exceeded expectation, and I think this is directly related to her experience in the field. For those looking to get rid of stubborn fat, I highly recommend this treatment and Tiffany’s expertise.

I wanted to comment on the negative review as I had a completely different experience and wanted to share. I previously tried CoolSculpting at another practice and wasn’t happy with my results, but Tiffany at Infinity truly turned things around for me. She is incredibly knowledgeable, precise, and thorough. She takes photos at every visit, explains the timeline for results, and follows up so you can really see your progress. She’s also very honest — she will tell you if you’re not a candidate, which I really respect. With 16 years of experience, Tiffany is an expert, and it shows. I couldn’t be happier with my results and would highly recommend her and Infinity for CoolSculpting and any aesthetic treatments. Ask Tiffany to see my results!

I ALWAYS look forward to my custom monthly facials with Ashley Stiegman, she is so amazing! Very knowledgeable about the services and how to help me with my skincare needs! She is super friendly and makes me feel at ease and relaxed during my appointments. The front desk girls are wonderful as well, very organized and helpful with questions and booking. I have been a patient for a year and a half or so and I will be staying a patient for a LONG time!! Highly recommend!

Today was my first visit at Infinity MedSpa. The front desk staff were smiling and very friendly. The facial that I had with Katie was amazing! She’s super knowledgeable about products and services. I saw Brooks for injectables and she was fantastic. She was really helpful and honest with me about what to expect moving forward.

I absolutely love this beautiful spa! It is so much more though! Rachel is absolutely amazing! I cannot get over her true artistry! I say this because she is an artist! Her canvas is your face! I am Overjoyed with the results she has given me! Everyone here is absolutely so kind and so eager to help! Ashley is also a grade above the rest! I am so happy I found this place! I have lived in Charlotte all of my life and I am going to tell you this is the best place to go here in the Queen city! I go to Tiffany for CoolSculpting, and she is absolutely AMAZING! She has years of experience and is extremely knowledgeable — a true expert.
