I had a consultation where I spoke with Cheryl, who explained everything in detail and made me feel very welcome from the start. The pricing was very reasonable. I was also able to have my first laser hair removal treatment the same day, which I really appreciated. Olivia took the time to see me and made me feel extremely comfortable. She was very caring, attentive, and listened respectfully to all of my needs. Overall, I’m very happy with the service and look forward to seeing my results.

Quick and easy laser hair removal! I had my second session today, and I already see a lot of hair reduction after just one, and no ingrown hairs:) Just starting with 3 Sessions on my upper legs I got on Groupon, but might purchase a package after seeing these results! Very friendly Overall great experience!

I have been going to LightRx in Southpark for over a year now and I won’t trust anyone but Cheryl and Kim!! I am 35 and have wanted to start getting botox for preventative care and a little lip filler, but was nervous at how much to get and how it would look. Kim took her time showing me before and after photos, what products we would use, and assured me with her experience she could ease me into it - before I knew it, I was in there a few months later for a forehead and lip touch up for a little more☺️ I get compliments all the time how natural I look… this team has helped me feel my best! They also constantly have deals going on that bundle fillers & botox, allowing you to bank whatever you don’t use for a future appointment to lock in the deal, which is a huge savings and help ultimately. I was taken in by this company. It sounded like a good thing and when I went and did my initial intake the people were very inviting very convincing so I decided to give it a try. So when I went back for my first treatment it was good.....same people helping. Second round same people. Third round whole different crew that could not get the machines to work. Postponed my appointment til further notice and I live an hour away. I was never able to get my full treatments from the money they charged me for I am still making payments on something I never fully received. Now what should I do. I really want to be reimbursed because of the deceit of what was supposed to happened with these treatments plus I never got my 9 treatments at all for the amount of money paid. I was promised 9 treatments and never received them. I really was disappointed with the trestment .

So during my consult I was told that being brown skin would mean I need sunscreen from the sun. And that white skin is more forgiving. This was rude and laughable because non melanin skin BURNS in the sun. Sun burn RED and damaged. Melanin protects from the sun. Ma'am have you heard of children of the sun. Sure melanin will over produce in the sun but its a protection. People with melanin are less likley to develop skin cancer. Melanin and non melanin people all get hyperpigmentation.

This morning, I called to inquire about pricing for Venus Legacy. The receptionist talked too fast and was extremely secretive. I shared that I had pricing from other spas and just wasn't a direct answer to help with making my decision. Instead, she tried to sales tactic me into a consultation. I'm leaving a review, because when I shared that I just wanted to go with a spa that gave me a direct answer she hung up in my face pretty abruptly. Even if they are less expensive, first impression was horrible.

LightRX is the absolute best! I drive 45 mins each way from Mooresville to visit LightRX for my laser hair removal due to their outstanding customer service, fair prices, fantastic results and their amazing team. Not only are they priced fairly but their team truly cares about you and your results. I’ve done laser before, but after having children some came back. The prior med spas I used just don’t hold a candle to LightRX and they forever have my business. Highly recommend!

I had a wonderful experience at LightRx. The team was incredibly professional and did an amazing job. I noticed immediate improvement in my targeted areas, which was such a pleasant surprise—especially since in the past with other med spas and dermatologists, it usually took days to see results. Even my family and friends commented on how great my skin looked. I’m really looking forward to future appointments and to continuing my skincare journey with their expert guidance. 1 star for the facility and 4 stars for the injector. The fact that the parking is IMPOSSIBLE to find and never was mentioned beforehand, as I am sure it’s an ongoing issue, huge annoyance. Also, I was emailed and texted multiple times to be “on time as the injector is very busy”, and I arrived 30mins early and I still sat 15mins PAST MY APPOINTMENT TIME! So I can be early and y’all can be late. Terrible experience and the staff were both snotty and rude (lady in the brown leather pants you know you were super rude). As there was ongoing construction in the back also that made it not relaxing or “spa like”. The injector was kind and thorough, but she’s not a full Time Staff member, so be aware there aren’t “touch ups” or follow ups. Als not ONE person said thanks or ANYTHING when I left.

I was very impressed with my Botox visit. It was my first time getting Botox injections and I have to say my injector and the whole staff under the supervision of Cheryl Moore was absolutely a wonderful experience. The nurse (KIm) practitioner as well as the injector were very pleasant and knowledgeable, also beautiful. I will definitely recommend Light rx to all of my friends and family. I will be a forever client. Thank you Cherryl and your wonderful staff from the front desk to the back ! Thank, thank you and thank you. I have already book my next appointment!
