Chloe SK review for Advanced Laser Aesthetics

I got burned badly in one spot. I had the pico laser treatment here before and it worked for sun spots. Yesterday on September 10, 2025 I had a full face pico laser treatment and one spot as pictured is irritated and burned. I contacted them and they said the scab would fall in a few weeks, but there shouldn’t be a downtime measured in weeks. I’m very concerned, disappointed and scared it will cause a permanent scar or skin cell damage.
