Chicago Body Sculpting

I purchased two packages, one for Emsculpt and one for their Thick Girl Thursday promotion. I paid for the entire invoice prior to services being rendered. I was looking forward to my experience at this salon since I’ve seen great results on their social media. But here I am at my first appointment as I write this review trying to locate their salon in the building with no one picking up my calls, or answering my text messages asking for help and letting them know I’m here. As you could imagine, you begin to feel a little scammed after spending so much money just for them to take my money but are not rendering any services or providing any form of communication. Definitely disappointed.

I purchased the Mommy Makeover and Sauna Bag treatment. Yesterday’s first session was great. Clean, relaxing atmosphere. Rina, the owner, and technician Chance were very professional. Looking forward to seeing results over the next few sessions.

I was terribly disappointed when a scheduling miscommunication came up. Within 24hr I’ve received a response from the business and thanks to Abby and D my remaining sessions were scheduled. My initial review was the following: “ Purchased a Groupon to check the service, after those 3 initial sessions where I can schedule weekly appointments they had sale for Black Friday so I purchased the Delux package. Why not, they were amazing and I wanted to see results. And mid that package - here we are where the customer service fails. I was told that the treatments need to be done after a week for a best outcome, and if I follow up with each appointment they would be able to schedule me for the next week. That doesn't apply if you cancel. However the next availability is 3 weeks out. So there goes the money down the drain... Terribly disappointed.” Things like these would come up anytime and in any business, but I can certainly state that they handled this professionally and I’m falling in love with this place more by each treatment. I rarely every leave reviews but I love this place. I’ve been getting treatments here for over a year now and they’ve really made a difference in my waist and back. Good addition to my workout regimen, I’ve lost more inches than I normally would have with diet and exercise alone. The staff is always friendly and the owner (Rina) is very accommodating (I’ve needed to reschedule a few times and it was no problem). Also I’m always greeted pleasantly And offered water and even wine or Champaign which is cool. While on the lasers, I always get the best nap in, the whole experience is just soothing and refreshing. Also the spa is beautiful! And comfortable! I’ll always be a customer here.

This place is a total scam. I had an appointment today at 4pm. Arrived in advance and when I arrived to the location nothing was there. Merchant never responded and after an hour, had the audacity to say she was there waiting and I didn't ring the bell. There is no bell, I looked around all the building to try to find any indication and nothing exists. Don't loose your time, it's a total SCAM. So disapointed...

Horrible place!! Dirty machines, broken machines and used them on clients anyways, delayed payroll, etc, just a horrible spa owner, not worthy of being called a boss! The coworkers I worked with were great! Rina is just the devil in sheep's wool! A "pig with lipstick on"!! Terminated me and then tried to still force the fake contract I signed LOL!!!! I'm ready to drop ALL the receipts... I just want Rina Singleton, the so called boss, to give me a copy of that the "fake" contract she tricked me into signing. I honestly want the original contract since I will never be returning back to that place! I told her on several occasions, I lost my contract due to losing a bag I had the contract in, and I would like another copy for my records, and she refuses to supply me with another copy! Receipts or contract, you choose..... They dropping one way or another!
