Daniel Bruttig review for Chicago Skin Clinic

BE PREPARED TO WAIT! I had a 2:10 appointment, the unfriendly receptionist told me last appointments are 2:30 but I should get there by 2:10 to avoid a $75 late fee. I arrived at the office at 2:10 and waited for 15 minutes in the waiting room. I was then directed to another room and was told a nurse will be right with me. 45 minutes later a nurse arrived took down some notes, said Dr Danny will be right with me and left. 10 minutes later Dr Danny and the nurse came in. Dr Danny reviewed the Nurses notes, asked a few questions and left the room, basically a 5 minute exam. After an hour of waiting and a 5 minute exam I was billed $187. Not the kind of service one should expected. Especially being told last appointments are 2:30.
