He took the time to explain the treatment in detail, answer my questions, and make sure I felt completely comfortable with every step of the process. During the procedure, I truly felt I was in good hands. His technique is gentle yet precise, and I appreciated how he checked in with me throughout to ensure I was doing well. The office itself is professional, welcoming, and has a calm atmosphere that immediately puts you at ease. They even asked me what music I wanted them to play in the office to make my time the most enjoyable. Most importantly, I am very happy with my results.
