If Jordan recommends MOXI, do MOXI! For years, whenever I looked in the mirror, my eyes went straight to the “turkey neck” front and center. After just three sessions, it’s no longer the first thing I notice. And honestly, my skin in my 30s looks tighter and more even-toned than it did in my 20s. Worth every penny! I’ve been seeing Jordan for over six years, and I can truly say I’ve never felt better about my skin. Her expertise, years of experience, and genuine care for her clients make it so easy to trust her guidance. Growing up in the era of tanning beds and laying out, I don’t think I could ever repay her for drilling in the importance of sunscreen. The results alone would be enough for me to recommend Jordan to anyone. But what really sets her apart is who she is as a person. She not only cares deeply about her clients, but she also champions other aestheticians and celebrates their successes. That says a lot about her character, and it’s a big reason I keep coming back. Side note: everyone at Elevated by East is just as thoughtful. Before I went to the hospital to give birth, Brooke made me a care package—completely unexpected and incredibly kind. 5 stars. Two thumbs up. 10/10.

i love elevated by east! i have received botox, filler in my lips and chin, as well as moxi laser treatments. it is my favorite place to be. my favorite things about it is how welcome everyone makes you feel. not only did they make me feel super comfortable throughout the process, but i have never felt more beautiful! the energy every gives is truly amazing. it can be intimidating going into a space with women to discuss insecurities- but they educated and explained my treatments in great detail without making me feel dumb for asking questions. they truly made me feel so pretty, accepted, and like ive known them forever. as far as my results- i couldnt be happier. my skin is glowing, my lips are beautiful, and not a wrinkle in site! i trust no one else! 💓

I have been seeing Angela Preski for facials and peels for several years, and I was very happy to follow her to Elevated by East. She always thoroughly explains my upcoming treatments, and gives me the opportunity to tailor them to my current needs or wants. I fully trust her expertise and skill. She is also able to recommend quality skin care products if I express an interest in trying something new, but I never feel obligated to purchase products on site. The front desk staff is friendly and helpful. Brooke East, the owner, makes an effort to personally introduce herself to clients. I am looking forward to continuing my exceptional experience at Elevated by East, including exploring additional service offerings.

This was my first ever experience getting Botox and I was super nervous about it, but Jackie and Kim made me feel so comfortable about it! Kim greeted me as soon as I got in the door and was so sweet and lovely. Jackie blew me away with how knowledgeable and kind she was about the whole process. She didn’t try to push for things I didn’t need and actually complimented me on area I was getting work done on, which just absolutely sold me on this place. It felt like they actually really cared about their clients. I will definitely be back!

I’m a dude getting up there in age so I need to keep my face card immaculate so my wife doesn’t leave me. Jokes aside, I’ve gotten laser treatments before and I typically dread them but now that I see Angela here at Elevated, the bit of anxiety I had is gone. I was very comfortable throughout the whole treatment and am looking forward to our next session to help keep me young looking. I also started seeing Jackie regularly for injectables. She has such a light touch, and it seems like she’s probably injected thousands of faces . This is another North Center gem that makes it one of the best neighborhoods in Chicago.

I had such a great experience at Elevated by East. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel comfortable, informed, and completely at ease. My provider, Jackie, took the time to explain the process, listen to my concerns, and map out a plan that felt natural and personalized. The treatment itself was quick and virtually painless, and the results are exactly what I was hoping for smooth, refreshed, and still completely me. I love that Jackie made me look more rested without looking “done.” The subtle lift and softening of lines made such a difference in my confidence. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone considering Botox for a natural, beautiful result. I’ll definitely be coming back!
